【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的日益增強(qiáng),逐漸形成相同產(chǎn)業(yè)不同產(chǎn)品之間以及相同產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部縱向的多層次分工,進(jìn)而演變成為“全球價(jià)值鏈分工”。全球價(jià)值鏈作為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化下資源深度整合的標(biāo)志,逐漸成為當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的顯著特征和高級(jí)形式。我國(guó)為了適應(yīng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化發(fā)展逐漸增強(qiáng)的趨勢(shì),在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過渡時(shí)期,增強(qiáng)中國(guó)在全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地位,提出“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),京津冀區(qū)域作為中國(guó)三大經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極之一,是環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的重要組成部分,亦是我國(guó)以建立國(guó)際化都市群為目標(biāo)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域,所以,提高其經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平,有助于推進(jìn)我國(guó)“一帶一路”建設(shè),提高我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化整體實(shí)力,增強(qiáng)我國(guó)在國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地位。本文主要從貿(mào)易國(guó)際化、資本國(guó)際化、金融國(guó)際化、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)國(guó)際化等方面構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,分別利用因子分析法與信息熵法對(duì)京津冀三地區(qū)以及京津冀整體經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平進(jìn)行對(duì)比評(píng)測(cè),得出京津冀三地經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平不平衡,北京經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平高于天津與河北,且整體經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平較低的結(jié)論。最后從京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng),以及增強(qiáng)企業(yè)國(guó)際化水平三方面提出提升京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化水平的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the globalization of the world economy, the multi-level division of labor between different products of the same industry and the same products is gradually formed. As a symbol of the deep integration of resources under the economic globalization, the global value chain has evolved into a "division of labor in the global value chain". In order to adapt to the increasing trend of the internationalization of the world economy, China is in the transitional period of industrial structure adjustment. Strengthening China's position in the global industrial chain and putting forward the development strategy of "Belt and Road". At the same time, as one of the three economic growth poles of China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important part of the Bohai Sea economic zone. It is also an important economic region with the goal of establishing an international urban cluster. Therefore, improving the level of economic internationalization will help to promote the construction of "Belt and Road" in our country and enhance the overall strength of our country's economic internationalization. Strengthen our country's position in the international industrial chain. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of economic internationalization from the aspects of trade internationalization, capital internationalization, financial internationalization, production technology internationalization and so on. Using factor analysis method and information entropy method to compare and evaluate the economic internationalization level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the whole economy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and get the water balance of economic internationalization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Beijing's economic internationalization level is higher than that of Tianjin and Hebei, and the overall level of economic internationalization is low. Finally, from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-development, international talent training. The countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of economic internationalization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are put forward.
