【摘要】：通過(guò)回顧適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),系統(tǒng)梳理了適老技術(shù)和適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的概念,歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的理論研究和實(shí)踐活動(dòng),發(fā)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)先國(guó)家及地區(qū)在適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐領(lǐng)先、研究成果豐富,中國(guó)在該領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品的種類(lèi)和技術(shù)含量有待提高、技術(shù)追趕進(jìn)程有待加速。鑒于中國(guó)老年群體的異質(zhì)性特征,未來(lái)研究需要切合實(shí)際國(guó)情,引入社會(huì)創(chuàng)新、樸素式創(chuàng)新、逆向創(chuàng)新等較新的創(chuàng)新管理理論成果,系統(tǒng)研究適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理和引導(dǎo)政策,以期為中國(guó)適老技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論研究提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:By reviewing the relevant literature on the technology innovation for the aged, this paper systematically combs the concepts of the technology and the technological innovation for the aged, and sums up the theoretical research and practical activities of the technological innovation for the aged at home and abroad. It is found that the leading countries and regions lead the practice in the field of technological innovation for the aged, and the research results are rich, and the variety and technical content of Chinese products in this field need to be improved. The process of technological catch-up needs to be accelerated. In view of the heterogeneity of the Chinese elderly population, the future research needs to meet the actual situation, introducing social innovation, simple innovation, reverse innovation and other relatively new innovation management theory results. The realization mechanism and guiding policy of the technological innovation for the aged are systematically studied in order to provide a useful reference for the theoretical study of the technological innovation for the aged in China.
