【摘要】：正一、國(guó)家需求、區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略與京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展新中國(guó)成立以來,依據(jù)不同歷史時(shí)期的國(guó)家需求、體制機(jī)制與發(fā)展環(huán)境變化,中國(guó)區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略先后經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段。一是以計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)和資源統(tǒng)籌為特征的區(qū)域平衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在建國(guó)初期的時(shí)點(diǎn)上,中國(guó)迫切地需要建立戰(zhàn)略防御型經(jīng)濟(jì)布局,為改變工業(yè)集聚于沿海地區(qū)的狀況,實(shí)施了向內(nèi)地推進(jìn)的區(qū)域平衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:First, national demand, regional strategy and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development since the founding of New China, according to different historical periods of national demand, institutional mechanisms and development environment changes. China's regional development strategy has experienced four stages. The first is the regional balanced development strategy characterized by planned economy and overall planning of resources. At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China. In order to change the situation of industrial agglomeration in coastal areas, China urgently needs to establish a strategic defensive economic layout.
