【摘要】：旅游消費(fèi)是人們的收入水平達(dá)到一定階段后出現(xiàn)的一種較高層次的消費(fèi)形式，是居民消費(fèi)的重要組成部分。我國(guó)自改革開放初期，就將旅游業(yè)視為帶動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿�，它也被稱作經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的“最新推動(dòng)力”，由此可以看出旅游消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有著深刻的聯(lián)系。國(guó)家就旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展制訂了許多相關(guān)政策，在此帶動(dòng)下，許多省市也將旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展做作為帶動(dòng)本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿χ弧８拭C省具有豐富的旅游資源，這些豐富的旅游資源在西北地區(qū)占有重要地位，外加國(guó)家對(duì)旅游業(yè)的重視持續(xù)加強(qiáng)，在這樣的環(huán)境下，甘肅旅游業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年尤其是近幾年的發(fā)展，取得了飛速進(jìn)步，旅游業(yè)已成為甘肅國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。而在旅游業(yè)備受矚目的發(fā)展條件下，對(duì)旅游業(yè)的研究逐漸發(fā)展廣泛，，其中的一個(gè)主要研究方向就是旅游消費(fèi)。目前諸多研究認(rèn)為旅游業(yè)中最核心、最值得研究的部分就是旅游消費(fèi)，通過(guò)研究其在國(guó)家或地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的作用從而有針對(duì)性地提出政策建議。在我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況下，經(jīng)濟(jì)比較落后的西北地區(qū)要實(shí)現(xiàn)趕超就要找到適合地區(qū)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向，甘肅也同許多地區(qū)一樣，將旅游業(yè)看做是甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)或者帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，而這就有必要研究甘肅現(xiàn)今發(fā)展下，旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展是否會(huì)積極的帶動(dòng)甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展。本文正是選擇了旅游消費(fèi)這一研究方向，探討了甘肅省的旅游消費(fèi)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及其對(duì)甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。 研究基于“旅游消費(fèi)相關(guān)理論研究——旅游消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的理論分析——甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及旅游消費(fèi)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀——旅游消費(fèi)對(duì)甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的實(shí)證研究——旅游消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的實(shí)證研究——結(jié)論與政策建議”的思路，運(yùn)用理論分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及計(jì)量分析等方法，從理論和實(shí)證兩方面較為系統(tǒng)的分析研究了甘肅旅游消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。理論方面，根據(jù)旅游消費(fèi)的概念特點(diǎn)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究分析，構(gòu)建了旅游消費(fèi)影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的理論框架和影響機(jī)制。實(shí)證方面，在全面分析甘肅旅游消費(fèi)特征的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)理論分析框架，從旅游消費(fèi)總量和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)兩方面，通過(guò)運(yùn)用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)以及消費(fèi)彈性、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論等模型進(jìn)行研究，最終得出結(jié)論，認(rèn)為甘肅省現(xiàn)今旅游消費(fèi)雖然發(fā)展還是較為不合理，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的所占比例相對(duì)較少，但甘肅省旅游消費(fèi)發(fā)展不斷趨于合理化，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響也呈上升趨勢(shì)，旅游消費(fèi)的發(fā)展會(huì)拉動(dòng)甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)發(fā)展，并提以此結(jié)論提出了促進(jìn)甘肅省旅游消費(fèi)更加合理化發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Tourism consumption is a higher level of consumption after people's income level has reached a certain stage, and it is an important part of residents' consumption. China has been in the early stage of reform and opening up. Tourism is regarded as an important driving force for China's economic development, and it is also known as the "latest driving force" of economic growth. From this, we can see that the economic growth of tourism consumption has a profound relationship. The country has formulated many related policies on the development of tourism, which is driven by this. Many provinces and cities also regard the development of tourism as one of the main driving forces to promote the economic development of the region. Gansu Province has rich tourism resources, which occupy an important position in the Northwest region. In addition, the national emphasis on tourism continues to strengthen, in such an environment, Gansu tourism after more than ten years, especially in recent years, has made rapid progress. Tourism has become an important part of the national economy of Gansu Province. However, under the condition of tourism development, the research on tourism has gradually developed widely. One of the main research directions is tourism consumption. At present, many studies think that tourism is the core of tourism, and the most worthy part is tourism consumption. Through the study of its role in the process of national or local economic development in order to put forward targeted policy recommendations in China's regional economic development imbalance in the reality. In order to catch up with and surpass the economically backward northwest region, we must find the suitable direction of economic development. Gansu, like many regions, regards tourism as an important industry or driving industry of Gansu's economic development. It is necessary to study whether the development of tourism will actively promote the economic growth of Gansu under the current development of Gansu. This paper chooses the research direction of tourism consumption. This paper discusses the present situation of tourism consumption in Gansu Province and its influence on the economic growth of Gansu Province. Research based on " A theoretical Analysis of the impact of Tourism consumption on Economic growth: an empirical study on the impact of Tourism consumption on the Economic growth of Gansu Province-the present situation of Economic Development in Gansu Province and the present situation of Tourism consumption Development. -an empirical study on the impact of changes in Tourism consumption structure on Economic growth: conclusions and Policy recommendations. Of course. Using the methods of theoretical analysis, statistical analysis and econometric analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the impact of tourism consumption on economic growth in Gansu Province from both theoretical and empirical aspects. According to the concept characteristics of tourism consumption and related research and analysis at home and abroad, this paper constructs the theoretical framework and influence mechanism of tourism consumption impact on economic growth. Empirical analysis on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of tourism consumption in Gansu Province. According to the theoretical analysis framework, from the total amount of tourism consumption and consumption structure changes, through the use of Granger causality test, consumption elasticity, grey correlation theory and other models to study, finally reached a conclusion. It is considered that although the development of tourism consumption in Gansu Province is still unreasonable and the proportion of its impact on economic growth is relatively small, the development of tourism consumption in Gansu Province tends to be rationalized. The impact on economic growth is also on the rise, and the development of tourism consumption will stimulate the economic growth of Gansu Province, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the more rational development of tourism consumption in Gansu Province.
