【摘要】：中共八屆三中全會是新時期之前唯一一次較為集中討論經(jīng)濟(jì)體制問題的中央全會。全會在認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備的基礎(chǔ)上提出和討論了經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改進(jìn)議題,基本通過了三個經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改進(jìn)的實施方案。全會閉幕后不久,經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改進(jìn)正式展開,這表明中共八屆三中全會在當(dāng)代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制調(diào)整、改革和完善的歷程中有著重要的歷史意義與特殊的歷史地位。全會關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改進(jìn)的探討和決策,是中共中央進(jìn)入社會主義歷史時期以后第一次討論經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改進(jìn)問題,是把中共八大前后開始的以毛澤東為核心的中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體探索中國社會主義道路的思想轉(zhuǎn)化為體制改進(jìn)行動的首次嘗試,為開創(chuàng)中國特色社會主義提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was the only plenary session of the CPC Central Committee before the new period that focused more on the issue of the economic system. The plenum put forward and discussed the topic of improving the economic system on the basis of careful preparation. After the closing of the plenary session, the improvement of the economic system was formally launched, which indicates that the third Plenary session of the eighth CPC Central Committee has been readjusting the economic system in contemporary China. The course of reform and improvement has important historical significance and special historical position. It is the first time that the CPC Central Committee has discussed the improvement of the economic system since it entered the socialist historical period. It is the first attempt to transform the thought of exploring China's socialist road from the central leading collective with Mao Zedong as the core, which began around the eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, into the action of system improvement. It provides valuable experience for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
