【摘要】：發(fā)展是當(dāng)今世界的主題，更是中國(guó)的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)。當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)正在將自身融入全球化的歷史進(jìn)程并全面推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的改革開放，中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就，但也面臨著后果嚴(yán)重的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題的凸顯正在喚醒并強(qiáng)化人們的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)思維，并逐漸成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ詈蛯W(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)話題。中國(guó)是一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，是當(dāng)今最有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ慕?jīng)濟(jì)體，在充分享受全球化帶來(lái)的現(xiàn)代文明的同時(shí)也正經(jīng)歷著財(cái)富分配和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配的歷時(shí)性問(wèn)題共時(shí)性呈現(xiàn)的特殊階段，，財(cái)富分配和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配成為當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中必須要面對(duì)的突出問(wèn)題。隨著社會(huì)對(duì)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的追求，當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)正在經(jīng)歷劇烈現(xiàn)代化的一個(gè)過(guò)程，在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中也存在生態(tài)環(huán)境逐年惡化、貧富分化加劇、社會(huì)階層分化顯著、利益群體日益增多等現(xiàn)象。政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在當(dāng)代中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程中具有明顯的疊加效應(yīng)，這就預(yù)示著當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中財(cái)富分配與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配是一個(gè)充滿矛盾的過(guò)程。面對(duì)理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)的困境，我們既要充分借鑒西方風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)理論中的合理因素為我所用，又要充分運(yùn)用馬克思主義哲學(xué)的基本觀點(diǎn)和方法對(duì)國(guó)外相關(guān)思想觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析和甄別，從而對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的財(cái)富分配與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究并形成具體的分配策略和分配方法。本文對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中財(cái)富分配和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配問(wèn)題的研究在吸收和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上，力求以馬克思主義哲學(xué)的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法剖析財(cái)富分配與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配的實(shí)質(zhì)，透視社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中特別是中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中財(cái)富分配與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配的問(wèn)題及其原因，認(rèn)為只有深化對(duì)財(cái)富分配與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分配問(wèn)題的認(rèn)知，樹立科學(xué)的發(fā)展理念和發(fā)展思路，才能推動(dòng)當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Development is the theme of today's world, but also China's first priority. The contemporary Chinese society is integrating itself into the historical process of globalization and comprehensively promoting modernization, after more than 30 years of reform and opening up. China's social development has made remarkable achievements, but it also faces serious risk of consequences. The highlight of the risk problem is awakening and strengthening people's risk thinking. China is a developing country with rapid development and the most potential economy. While fully enjoying the modern civilization brought by globalization, it is also experiencing a special stage of the diachronic problem of wealth distribution and risk distribution. The distribution of wealth and risk has become a prominent problem in the process of social development in contemporary China. With the pursuit of advanced productive forces, the contemporary Chinese society is experiencing a process of drastic modernization. In the process of development, there are such phenomena as the deterioration of the ecological environment year by year, the intensification of the polarization between the rich and the poor, the marked differentiation of the social class, the increasing number of interest groups, etc. Political, economic, cultural and social phenomena. The risks such as ecology have obvious superposition effect in the process of modernization of contemporary China. This indicates that the distribution of wealth and risk in the process of social development in contemporary China is a process full of contradictions, facing the dilemma of theory and reality. We should not only draw lessons from the rational factors in the western risk society theory, but also make full use of the basic viewpoints and methods of Marxist philosophy to analyze and discriminate the relevant ideas abroad. Thus, the distribution of wealth and risk in China's social development is studied and the specific distribution strategies and methods are formed. This paper studies the distribution of wealth and risk in the process of social development in contemporary China. On the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from existing achievements at home and abroad. The author tries to analyze the essence of wealth distribution and risk distribution from the standpoint of Marxist philosophy. In the process of social development, especially in the process of social development in China, the distribution of wealth and risk issues and their causes, think that only to deepen the understanding of the distribution of wealth and risk distribution. Only by setting up scientific development idea and train of thought, can the contemporary Chinese society develop well and quickly.
