【摘要】：園區(qū)的發(fā)展也有自身的生命周期,但與自然界生物生老病死的過程不同,園區(qū)的生命周期反映的是其產(chǎn)業(yè)的演進(jìn)過程,所以,園區(qū)生命周期的存在并不表示它會(huì)走向死亡,也可以是一個(gè)不斷自我更新和發(fā)展的過程。在園區(qū)成長(zhǎng)的各個(gè)階段,都存在相應(yīng)起主導(dǎo)作用的產(chǎn)業(yè),它通常在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中占有較大比重,并且對(duì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也起到重要的帶動(dòng)作用,因此對(duì)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展起到引領(lǐng)作用�；谥鲗�(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要性,各個(gè)階段主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇適宜與否,將直接影響到園區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。因此,做好園區(qū)不同生命周期下主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇對(duì)于園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 為了做好關(guān)于園區(qū)不同生命周期下適宜主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的研究,本文將首先研究園區(qū)的生命周期規(guī)律；其次,將對(duì)園區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的基準(zhǔn)及約束條件進(jìn)行分析；然后,基于主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇基準(zhǔn),建立園區(qū)不同生命周期下的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立基于生命周期的園區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇評(píng)價(jià)模型；接著,將提出園區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的測(cè)評(píng)方案。本文最后將以金橋經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,以檢驗(yàn)本理論的可行性。希望本研究能為園區(qū)進(jìn)行主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的評(píng)價(jià)提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It has its own life cycle development of the park, but the birth and death process and biological nature, park life cycle reflects the evolution of the industrial park, so the life cycle of existence does not mean that it will be the death, is also a process of self renewing and developing. At each stage of Development Park there are corresponding, plays a leading role in the industry, it usually takes a large proportion in the industrial structure, and the development of other industries also play an important role in promoting the overall development of the park, so the economy plays a leading role. The importance of leading industry based on the various stages of the choice of the leading industry is suitable or not, will directly affect the economic development of the park. So do the park under different life cycle of the choice of the leading industry has very important strategic significance for the economic development of the park.
In order to do a good job of park of different life cycle under the appropriate leading industry selection, this paper will study the life cycle of the park; secondly, to the park leading industry selection benchmark and the constraint conditions are analyzed; then, the choice of leading industry benchmark based on the established evaluation index system of choosing the leading industry park of the different life cycle; on this basis, the establishment of evaluation model selection leading industry park based on the life cycle; then, the proposed park leading industry choice evaluation scheme. Finally to bridge economic and Technological Development Zone as an example of empirical analysis, in order to test the feasibility of the theory. I hope this research can evaluate the leading industry choice to provide a reference the value for the park.
