【摘要】：在國際金融危機給世界經(jīng)濟帶來的深遠影響下，各發(fā)達國家和經(jīng)濟體都紛紛致力探索下一輪經(jīng)濟增長點，發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為世界各國搶占制高點的重大戰(zhàn)略，我國也不例外。產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要資本支持，，以金融資本助推戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，從而帶動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級，是發(fā)揮戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)引領作用的必要途徑。本文即以此為起點，探討我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支持境況，提出有效支持戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的措施。 本文最開始介紹了目前文獻對戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)金融支撐的相關研究，介紹了戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)與金融支持相關理論。在這些理論研究基礎上，確定了研究切入點為：基于目前的現(xiàn)狀從實證角度研究不同金融支持手段對我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，并提出了相應的對策建議。雖然目前我國金融支持戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)取得一些成效，但現(xiàn)階段還存在政策扶植力度不夠、金融服務體系不完善、金融支持工具單一、融資渠道狹窄及現(xiàn)有融資方式支持不到位等問題。進一步以我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)代表產(chǎn)業(yè)—節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)載體上市公司為例，對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和金融支持指標進行關聯(lián)性實證分析。最后根據(jù)理論描述與實證結論，從政府、金融服務、融資渠道等角度給出了金融支持我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體對策。
[Abstract]:Under the far-reaching impact of the international financial crisis on the world economy, all the developed countries and economies have devoted themselves to exploring the next round of economic growth points. The development of strategic emerging industries has become a major strategy for all countries in the world to seize the commanding heights, and China is no exception. The development of industries requires capital support, and financial capital helps to promote the development of strategic emerging industries. Therefore, to promote the upgrading of traditional industries is the necessary way to play a leading role in strategic emerging industries. This paper discusses the financial support situation of the development of strategic emerging industries in China. Measures to effectively support the development of strategic emerging industries are put forward. This paper first introduces the current literature on the financial support of strategic emerging industries related research, introduced the strategic emerging industries and financial support related theories. On the basis of these theoretical research. The research breakthrough point is: based on the current situation of empirical research on the impact of different means of financial support on China's strategic emerging industries. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Although China's financial support strategic emerging industries have achieved some results, but at this stage there is insufficient policy support, financial service system is not perfect. The financial support tool is single, the financing channel is narrow and the existing financing mode support is not in place and so on. Further, take our country strategic emerging industry representative industry-energy conservation and environmental protection industry carrier listed company as an example. Finally, according to the theoretical description and empirical conclusions, from the government, financial services. Financing channels and other angles to provide financial support for the development of strategic emerging industries in China specific countermeasures.
