【摘要】：2015年5月21日國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于北京市服務(wù)業(yè)擴(kuò)大開放綜合試點(diǎn)總體方案的批復(fù)》(國函[2015]81號),同意在北京市開展服務(wù)業(yè)擴(kuò)大開放綜合試點(diǎn)。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整、中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)、“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn)、京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、人民幣國際化進(jìn)程加快等大背景下,北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)擴(kuò)大開放有利于北京市構(gòu)建與國際規(guī)則銜接的服務(wù)業(yè)擴(kuò)大開放基本框架,推動我國金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放經(jīng)驗(yàn)探索,為我國其他地區(qū)CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)對外開放提供借鑒與啟示。本文主要內(nèi)容分為以下幾部分:第一章為緒論,主要介紹本文的研究背景及選題意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法及結(jié)構(gòu)安排等內(nèi)容;第二章運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略理論、競爭優(yōu)勢理論與VRIO分析框架理論闡述北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放戰(zhàn)略所依托的理論基礎(chǔ);第三章主要分析北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放現(xiàn)狀及問題,為本文研究提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù);第四章分析借鑒了國際知名CBD開放經(jīng)驗(yàn);第五章通過構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系對北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放趨勢進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明2006~2015年10年間北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放程度逐步提高,擴(kuò)大開放基礎(chǔ)良好;第六章首先梳理北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放體系構(gòu)想的基礎(chǔ)上提出宏觀的開放戰(zhàn)略選擇,并按照開放宗旨、發(fā)展定位、開放方向、開放思路、發(fā)展規(guī)劃的分析框架對北京CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)開放戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)架構(gòu);第七章提出對策建議,為其他地區(qū)CBD金融服務(wù)業(yè)對外開放提供參考。
[Abstract]:On May 21st 2015, the State Council issued and issued a reply on the Comprehensive pilot Program for the expansion of the opening up of Beijing's Service Industry. (letter from China). [In 2015, he agreed to launch a comprehensive pilot project on the expansion of the service sector in Beijing. With the global economic restructuring, China's economy has entered a new normal, the "Belt and Road" strategy has been advanced, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development. Under the background of accelerating the process of RMB internationalization, the expanded opening of Beijing's CBD financial service industry is conducive to the construction of a basic framework for the expansion of the opening of the service industry, which is linked with international rules. To promote the opening of China's financial services industry to explore the experience, for other regions of China's CBD financial services open to the outside world to provide reference and inspiration. The main content of this paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background and the significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and structural arrangements, and so on. The second chapter uses the strategic theory, the competitive advantage theory and the VRIO analysis frame theory to elaborate the Beijing CBD financial service industry opening strategy to rely on the theory foundation; The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of the opening up of Beijing CBD financial service industry, which provides the realistic basis for the research of this paper. Chapter 4th analyzes and draws lessons from the open experience of international famous CBD; Chapter 5th makes an empirical analysis on the opening trend of Beijing CBD financial service industry through the construction of evaluation index system. The empirical results show that the opening degree of CBD financial service industry in Beijing gradually increased during the 10 years from 2006 to 2015, and the foundation of expanding the opening up is good. The 6th chapter first combs the Beijing CBD financial service industry opening system concept foundation proposed the macroscopic opening strategy choice, and according to the opening purpose, the development orientation, the opening direction, the opening thought. The analysis framework of the development plan systematically constructs the opening strategy of Beijing CBD financial service industry. Chapter 7th puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the opening up of CBD financial service industry in other regions.
