【摘要】：新常態(tài)下,經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,發(fā)展"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"、培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),成為今后政府經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要任務(wù)。從政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度看,發(fā)展"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"是適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展、遵循經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)律、堅(jiān)持以人民為本的必然要求。與美國(guó)"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"內(nèi)涵不同,中國(guó)的"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"預(yù)示著新的發(fā)展理念、新的增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力、新的配置機(jī)制和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。"十三五"期間,政府應(yīng)該不斷深化理論創(chuàng)新,繼續(xù)推動(dòng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略,注重互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全建設(shè),加快實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為"新經(jīng)濟(jì)"發(fā)展提供新引擎。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the economic growth rate slows down, the development of "new economy" and the cultivation of new economic growth point become the main task of the government's economic development in the future. The development of "new economy" is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of productive forces, follow the law of economic development, and adhere to the people-oriented. Different from the connotation of "new economy" in the United States, China's "new economy" indicates a new concept of development. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the government should deepen theoretical innovation and continue to promote supply-side structural reform and the "Internet" strategy. Pay attention to the construction of network information security in the Internet age, speed up the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development, and provide a new engine for the development of "new economy".
