【摘要】：本文以國內、外各27家,共54家上市施工企業(yè)為研究對象進行研究。結果表明施工企業(yè)國際化程度與企業(yè)績效之間存在U型曲線關系;中國施工企業(yè)績效低于國外施工企業(yè);中國施工企業(yè)抵抗國際化風險的能力較弱;資本結構對施工企業(yè)績效有正向影響,而企業(yè)規(guī)模對施工企業(yè)績效影響不大。
[Abstract]:The results show that there is a U - shaped curve relationship between the internationalization degree of construction enterprises and the performance of enterprises , and the performance of Chinese construction enterprises is lower than that of foreign construction enterprises ; the ability of Chinese construction enterprises to resist the internationalization risks is weak ; the capital structure has positive impact on the performance of construction enterprises , and the enterprise scale has little impact on the performance of construction enterprises .
