【摘要】：在我國社會生產(chǎn)總值迅猛增長的同時,與之不匹配的是以正規(guī)金融為主導(dǎo)的金融市場體系建設(shè)的滯后性,這種情況造成了市場上資金供需的矛盾,也就是金融抑制現(xiàn)象,而長期以來起到緩解這種矛盾作用的就是民間金融。作為正規(guī)金融的一種有效的補充形式,民間金融在促進民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提高資金利用效率等方面有著極大的助推力。為了更好的利用這種助推力,我國政府和金融監(jiān)管機構(gòu)對民間金融的態(tài)度發(fā)生了改變,由從前的打壓和取締轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉龀趾鸵龑?dǎo),并且還將民間金融發(fā)展作為一項政策目標。浙江、內(nèi)蒙、山西等地區(qū)是我國民間金融最為活躍的地區(qū)。其中山西省伴隨"煤炭黃金十年",沉淀了規(guī)模龐大的民間資本,再加上其正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的進程中,多次提出"激活民間資本,發(fā)展民營經(jīng)濟"的政策方針,因此選取山西省作為研究對象,希望能探究民間金融對經(jīng)濟增長的促進效應(yīng)。鑒于民間金融產(chǎn)生的原因是金融抑制現(xiàn)象,而民間金融對金融深化也有較為重要的作用,因此本文以金融抑制和金融深化理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了民間金融產(chǎn)生的原因,并結(jié)合山西省實際狀況,研究了民間金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點。運用了理論分析法分析了民間金融對經(jīng)濟的促進效應(yīng)。并用θ值估算法和協(xié)整分析等方法,先對1995-2015年山西省民間金融的規(guī)模進行了粗略的測算,進而利用測算結(jié)果進行實證分析。得出的主要結(jié)論有:第一、山西省的民間金融活動在全國來說較為活躍,1994年至2015年間,山西省民間金融從少到多,發(fā)展至今成為經(jīng)濟體系中不可或缺的一部分。其規(guī)模龐大,并具有投向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟的特點。第二、山西省民間金融對當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展有著促進效應(yīng)。這種效應(yīng)主要包括投資效應(yīng)、收入效應(yīng)、補充效應(yīng)和創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)。分別起到了促進民營經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、提高當?shù)鼐用袷杖�、補充正規(guī)金融功能和推進產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等作用。第三、通過實證表明,山西省經(jīng)濟增長受到固定資產(chǎn)投資額、勞動力因素和民間金融發(fā)展的共同影響,民間金融對山西經(jīng)濟增長具有顯著影響,但其貢獻不如固定資產(chǎn)投資額和勞動力因素。且山西省民間金融規(guī)模的擴大是該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的格蘭杰原因,但是反之不成立。
[Abstract]:In the society of China's GDP growth at the same time, does not match with that in the formal financial system of financial market construction lag is dominant, this situation caused the contradiction between supply and demand of funds in the market, which is the phenomenon of financial repression, but for a long time to alleviate this contradiction is the role of private finance as one. An effective supplement to the form of formal finance, informal finance has great impetus in promoting the development of the private economy to improve the efficiency of utilization of funds. In order to use this thrust better, changed our governments and finance regulatory authorities on the attitude of private finance, change from the former to suppress and ban to support and guide and also, the folk financial development as a policy target. Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and other regions is the most active region of our country folk finance in Shanxi province. With the "yellow coal Gold for ten years ", the precipitation of large-scale private capital, and it is in the industrial structure transformation process, repeatedly proposed" activation of private capital, the development of private economy "policy, therefore selects Shanxi Province as the research object, hoping to explore the folk finance in promoting economic growth due to folk effect. The financial is the phenomenon of financial repression, but the folk finance has more important effect on financial deepening, therefore, financial repression and financial deepening theory, analyzes the reasons of folk finance produces, and combined with the actual situation of Shanxi Province, the development status and characteristics of private finance. Use the theoretical analysis effect of informal finance on the economy. And with the theta value estimation and cointegration analysis method, first to the folk finance of Shanxi Province in 1995-2015 scale was calculated roughly, and then use the The results of the empirical analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the private financial activities in Shanxi province are more active in the country, from 1994 to 2015, Shanxi province folk finance from less to more, the development has become an integral part of the economic system. Its large size, and has the characteristics of investment in the real economy. Second Shanxi Province, folk finance to the local economic development have a positive effect. This effect mainly includes the investment effect, income effect, complementary effect and innovation effect respectively. To promote the development of private economy, increase the income of local residents, supplementing the formal financial function and the promotion of industrial technology innovation and so on. Third, the empirical study shows that the Shanxi the economic growth by investment in fixed assets, the common influence factors and labor folk financial development, private finance has significant impact on economic growth in Shanxi, but the Contribution is not as good as investment in fixed assets and labor force. The expansion of private financial scale in Shanxi province is Grainger's reason for economic growth in this area, but vice versa.
