[Abstract]:Positive overseas investment must first conform to the strategic direction of the company's development and at the same time be supported by a scientific methodology at the tactical level, and must not be invested for the sake of investment. 2014 is called the first year of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI). For the first time, China's overseas investment exceeded that of foreign direct investment in China. In 2015, China's overseas investment reached US $118 billion, and in the first half of this year, it reached US $88.9 billion. One of the initiatives put forward by President Xi Jinping at the recent G20 summit in Hangzhou was to reinvigorate the role of the two major engines of international trade and investment.
