【摘要】：土地是一切資源和環(huán)境的重要載體,解決人地矛盾、提高土地利用效率、實現土地資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展對于社會經濟的快速發(fā)展、提高城市的經濟承載力具有顯著意義。本文在承載力概念的研究基礎上,嘗試將經濟承載力概念界定為:一個地區(qū),在其現有的人口、資源、生態(tài)以及社會經濟發(fā)展條件下,所有生產要素組合可以承受的最優(yōu)經濟規(guī)模,代表著一個地區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展規(guī)模與實際狀況的匹配程度,并選用國內生產總值GDP作為經濟承載力的研究指標,立足于相關理論,在參考前人研究成果的基礎上,綜合運用描述性統計和推斷性統計,對石家莊市土地資源利用現狀及其對經濟承載力的影響進行研究。本文從生產力、生產穩(wěn)定性、經濟可行性、資源保護性、社會可接受性等五方面入手,綜合考慮對土地資源利用具有顯著影響作用的各個因素,建立土地資源利用的評價指標體系,共包括5個一級指標、22個二級指標。根據指標體系,對包括石家莊、邯鄲、保定、唐山、太原、鄭州以及濟南在內的七個城市進行比較分析,根據綜合評價結果指出石家莊市在土地利用方面存在的諸多問題。依據相關經濟發(fā)展理論,構建國內生產總值GDP測算模型,通過用1996—2012年間石家莊市國民生產總值與土地資源相關指標數據作為樣本,運用Eviews軟件建立回歸模型,并將2013年、2014年兩年的相關指標數據帶入模型,得到測算值,與GDP實際值進行比較分析,結果顯示,測算值與實際值的差值比分別為-1.27%、-2.21%,一方面顯示出模型誤差較小,模型具有一定的可行性;另一方面,預測值均小于實際值,說明石家莊市明確在土地資源利用方面還存在一定的不足,對經濟的發(fā)展還有一定的限制,同時也說明提高土地資源利用效率,實現土地可持續(xù)利用發(fā)展,對于石家莊經濟承載力的提高、經濟發(fā)展速度的加快具有明顯的促進作用。

Based on the study of the concept of carrying capacity, to economic capacity is defined as a region in the existing population, resources, ecology, and social and economic development under the condition of optimum economic scale of all production factors combination can withstand, the matching degree represents a region's economic development scale and the actual situation, and the gross domestic product GDP as the research index of economic carrying capacity, based on the related theories, in based on the results of previous studies, using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, influence on the present situation of land resources utilization in Shijiazhuang city and the economic bearing capacity This article from the productivity, production stability, economic feasibility, resource protection, social acceptability of the five aspects of the comprehensive consideration of various factors have significant influence on the use of land resources, the establishment of land resources utilization evaluation index system, including 5 level indicators, 22 level two indexes according to. The index system, including Shijiazhuang, Handan, Baoding, Tangshan, Taiyuan, compared seven city of Zhengzhou and Ji'nan, according to the comprehensive evaluation result shows that there are many problems in the aspects of land use in Shijiazhuang city. According to the relevant theory of economic development, construct the GDP calculation model of GDP, by 1996 - 2012 years in Shijiazhuang the relevant indicators of GDP and land resources as the sample data, using Eviews software to establish the regression model, and the related data in 2014 2013, two years Into the model, the estimated value and the actual value of GDP were compared, results show that the calculation value and the actual value of the difference between the ratios of -1.27%, -2.21%, on the one hand shows the model error is small, the model is feasible; on the other hand, the predicted values are less than the actual value, Shijiazhuang city land resources in the clear the area also has some shortages, for economic development and a certain limit, also improve the utilization of land resources, realize the sustainable utilization of land for development, Shijiazhuang economic capacity, by accelerating pace of economic development has a significant effect.
