【摘要】：本文首先從外資介入的角度論證和分析了合資和獨資兩種不同的外資介入方式對產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新水平的作用機制和影響效應(yīng),然后基于產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)探討了產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對不同外資介入方式的產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):合資和獨資兩種外資介入方式都能促進本土產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新水平的提升。在國有資產(chǎn)占比不斷加大的過程中,合資和獨資介入的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)也會得到加強,但是這種作用效果在地區(qū)之間存在著差異。
[Abstract]:This paper first demonstrates and analyzes the mechanism and effect of the two different ways of foreign capital intervention on the innovation level of industry, university and research from the angle of foreign capital intervention. Then, based on the property right structure, this paper discusses the influence of the change of property right structure on the synergistic innovation effect of different foreign capital intervention modes. Both joint venture and sole proprietorship can promote the innovation level of local industry, education and research, and increase the proportion of state-owned assets in the process of increasing the proportion of state-owned assets. The synergistic innovation effect of joint venture and sole proprietorship intervention will also be strengthened, but the effect is different between regions.
