【摘要】：科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心。這兩者都是經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛中至關(guān)重要的因素,當(dāng)它們共同作用時(shí),能夠表現(xiàn)出1+12的效果,產(chǎn)生更大的影響。在科技和金融要素共同作用的整體系統(tǒng)中,這兩種要素能夠進(jìn)行有機(jī)的結(jié)合,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)更加合理的資源配置,更加迅速的科技發(fā)展以及更加實(shí)際的人才成長。除此之外,這種科技與金融的有機(jī)結(jié)合,還能夠拉動(dòng)區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)的科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展。從所屬范圍來看,科技金融應(yīng)當(dāng)歸于產(chǎn)業(yè)金融之內(nèi),其含義可以從名稱中看出,即科技產(chǎn)業(yè)與金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合。當(dāng)今社會(huì),經(jīng)濟(jì)想要發(fā)展,離不開科技的作用,而科技的不斷改進(jìn)也需要金融為其提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新如今已經(jīng)成為我國政府、企業(yè)都十分關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域,其具有的高競爭力、高回報(bào)的特點(diǎn)使得社會(huì)各界都將其作為重點(diǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之一。然而,與此同時(shí),科技創(chuàng)新也具有不容忽視的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,需要的投入也很高,這在一定程度上阻礙了投資者的行動(dòng)�？萍汲晒倘痪哂休^高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,但是其中存在一個(gè)價(jià)值鏈條,即資金保障科技研發(fā),科技研發(fā)產(chǎn)生科技成果。因此,只有資金得到保障,才有可能獲得科技成果,資金在科技創(chuàng)新中的地位至關(guān)重要,這一環(huán)節(jié)的問題往往制約了許多科技型企業(yè)的發(fā)展。鑒于此,在科技產(chǎn)業(yè)與金融產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行合作的過程中,其實(shí)主要是科技企業(yè)獲得融資,這些資金來源包括銀行貸款、民間資本、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資以及資本市場。由于徐州本身的地理和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,本地的科技型企業(yè)所處的社會(huì)資本環(huán)境和融資環(huán)境都相對優(yōu)越,在融資方面取得了比較明顯的成果。但是需要注意的是,本地科技型企業(yè)在對社會(huì)資本環(huán)境進(jìn)行改善時(shí)遇到的最突出的問題仍然是融資上的困難。綜上所述,本文擬對徐州市科技產(chǎn)業(yè)和金融產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合的程度和主要阻礙進(jìn)行分析,并據(jù)此為這兩者的結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)一種可行的模式,對處于不同發(fā)展階段的科技型企業(yè)給出具有針對性的實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:Science and technology are the primary productive forces and finance is the core of the modern economy. Both are the most important factors in the economic take-off. When they work together, they can show a 12 percent effect. In the overall system of the interaction of science and technology and financial elements, these two elements can be combined organically to achieve a more rational allocation of resources. In addition, this combination of technology and finance can promote the coordinated development of science and technology and economy in the regional scope. Science and technology finance should belong to industrial finance, its meaning can be seen from the name, that is, the combination of science and technology industry and financial industry. Nowadays, if the economy wants to develop, it cannot leave the function of science and technology. The continuous improvement of science and technology also needs finance to provide a solid foundation for it. Science and technology innovation has become our government, enterprises are very concerned about the field, its high competitiveness. The characteristics of high returns make it one of the key development strategies. However, at the same time, scientific and technological innovation also has a high risk that can not be ignored, the need for investment is also very high. To a certain extent, this hinders the action of investors. Scientific and technological achievements have high economic benefits, but there is a value chain, that is, funds guarantee scientific and technological research and development, scientific and technological research and development produce scientific and technological achievements. Only when funds are guaranteed can we obtain scientific and technological achievements. The position of funds in scientific and technological innovation is very important. The problems in this link often restrict the development of many sci-tech enterprises. In the process of cooperation between science and technology industry and financial industry, in fact, it is mainly science and technology enterprises to obtain financing, these sources of funds include bank loans, private capital. Venture capital and capital market. Due to the geographical and economic conditions of Xuzhou, the social capital environment and financing environment of local science and technology enterprises are relatively superior. More obvious results have been achieved in financing. However, it should be noted that the most prominent problem encountered by local science and technology enterprises in improving the social capital environment is still the financing difficulties. This paper intends to analyze the degree and main obstacles of the combination of science and technology industry and financial industry in Xuzhou City, and design a feasible model for the combination of the two industries. This paper gives some suggestions on the implementation of science and technology enterprises in different development stages.
