【摘要】：區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展問題關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的大局。近些年由于中國城市化的不斷發(fā)展，城市群發(fā)展體系不斷完善，城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)成為增強(qiáng)地區(qū)競爭力、帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)問題作為新時(shí)期轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的著重點(diǎn)，也是近年來關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。因此，城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展問題也將是今后一段時(shí)間里，考察區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。 中原城市群地處河南中部，，具有豐富的自然資源和人力資源，初步具備一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)，是中部地區(qū)中較具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ某鞘腥骸Ｖ性鞘腥焊拍钭?003年提出以來，經(jīng)歷了十年的成長，但是由于歷史發(fā)展原因，中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整進(jìn)程較為緩慢，對(duì)提升河南乃至中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的能力有限。新時(shí)期為增強(qiáng)中原城市群的主體地位，充分發(fā)揮中原城市群輻射帶動(dòng)能力，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)角度，結(jié)合城市群發(fā)展特點(diǎn)對(duì)中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行研究，通過對(duì)中原城市群工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析，提出適合中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的對(duì)策建議。本文研究內(nèi)容主要有： 第一章，緒論。介紹了文章的研究背景、研究意義、相關(guān)概念界定、研究內(nèi)容和思路框架、研究方法、研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。 第二章，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的一般理論綜述。論述了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變機(jī)理、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論及國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀綜述。其中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論包括二元經(jīng)濟(jì)模型、不平衡增長理論、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)理論、兩基準(zhǔn)理論；區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論包括：產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的區(qū)位理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的比較優(yōu)勢理論、平衡與非平衡理論及增長極理論。 第三章，中原城市群工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力分析。通過因子分析法對(duì)中原城市群工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)，測算出了32個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)的綜合競爭力排名，發(fā)現(xiàn)中原城市群工業(yè)中具有比較優(yōu)勢的多集中在食品、有色金屬等傳統(tǒng)重工業(yè)，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平較低，技術(shù)含量不高，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有待進(jìn)一步延伸。 第四章，中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題分析。闡述了中原城市群空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變過程，并利用統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù)從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù)以及城鎮(zhèn)化率等指標(biāo)對(duì)中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面考察。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)中原城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在水平偏低，產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)問題嚴(yán)重，城鎮(zhèn)化率有待提高等問題。 第五章，中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的運(yùn)行機(jī)制研究。在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的機(jī)制體系中選取了分工機(jī)制、合作機(jī)制與集聚機(jī)制作為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用博弈模型分析了三種機(jī)制對(duì)提升產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的重要影響。 第六章，中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的路徑選擇。在前文研究基礎(chǔ)上，提出了加快中原城市群一體化進(jìn)程、發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、推進(jìn)集聚式城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化措施。 第七章，結(jié)論與展望。對(duì)本文的研究成果進(jìn)行闡述，并對(duì)未來中原城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The development of regional industrial structure problems related to China's overall economic and social development. In recent years, with the continuous development of China City, development of city group system constantly improve, city group economy has become an important engine to enhance regional competitiveness and promote regional economic development. The industrial structure problems as the focus of the transformation of the mode of economic development in the new period, hot issues in recent years is also concerned. Therefore, the development of the industrial structure of city group will be the next period of time, the important content of regional economic development.
Zhongyuan city group is located in the middle of Henan, has abundant natural resources and human resources, initially have a certain economic base, is the central part of most development potential of the city. The city group of Central Plains group concept put forward since 2003, has experienced ten years of growth, but due to historical causes, the process of industrial structure adjustment in Central Plains city group is relatively slow, to enhance the ability of economic in Henan and the central region of the new period is limited. In order to enhance the city group of Central Plains subject status, give full play to the Central Plains city group radiation driving ability, this paper from the perspective of industrial structure, combined with the characteristics of the development of city group of central China city group industrial structure optimization problems of the industrial city group of Central Plains the competitiveness of the industry, analysis of the current situation of industrial structure evolution and development, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the industrial structure of the city group of Central Plains. The main research content:
The first chapter, introduction, introduces the background of the research, the significance of the research, the definition of related concepts, the content and frame of the research, the research method, the research innovation and the deficiency.
The second chapter reviews the general theory of regional industrial structure optimization. The evolution mechanism of industrial structure, industrial structure optimization theory, the optimization of regional industrial structure theory and domestic research review. The theory of industrial structure optimization including two yuan economic model, unbalanced growth theory, the theory of leading industry, two basic theory of regional industrial structure optimization; the theory includes: industrial layout, industrial layout location theory, comparative advantage theory, equilibrium and non equilibrium theory and growth pole theory.
The third chapter, the analysis of industrial competitive power of city group of Central Plains. Through factor analysis, the comprehensive evaluation on the industrial competitiveness of Zhongyuan city group, estimates the overall competitiveness rankings of 32 industries, industrial city group of Central Plains has a comparative advantage in more concentrated in food, nonferrous metals and other traditional heavy industries, the level of industrial structure low technology content is not high, the industry chain needs to be further extended.
The fourth chapter, analysis the problem of industrial structure development of city group of Central Plains and exist. Expounds the evolution process of the spatial structure of city group of Central Plains, and the use of statistical yearbook data of indicators from the industrial structure, the industrial structure level index, the coefficient and the urbanization rate index is a comprehensive study on the industrial structure of Zhongyuan city group similar industrial structure research. Found that the industrial structure of Zhongyuan city has low level of industrial isomorphism problem is serious, the rate of urbanization and other issues need to be improved.
The fifth chapter studies the operation mechanism of city group of Central Plains industrial structure optimization. In the system of industrial structure optimization in the selection of division mechanism, cooperation mechanism and agglomeration mechanism as the research object, using the game model to analyze the effects of three kinds of important mechanism to upgrade the industrial structure optimization.
The sixth chapter is the path selection of industrial structure optimization of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. On the basis of previous studies, this paper puts forward the optimization measures to speed up the integration process of Central Plains urban agglomeration, develop high-tech industries and promote the development of agglomeration urbanization.
The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The research results of this paper are expounded, and the industrial structure optimization of the urban agglomeration in the future is prospected.
