【摘要】：本文采用理論探索和實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,在回顧產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,考察我國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,分析視角集中在我國國家級經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群方面,著重研究新晉國家級臨沂市經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的運行與發(fā)展。本文首先考察臨沂開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的存在狀態(tài)和表現(xiàn)形式,以及它們的規(guī)模和業(yè)績。接著分析這些產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,最后對促進臨沂開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進一步發(fā)展,提出對策建議,供有關(guān)方面參考。 本文由六章內(nèi)容組成。第一章緒論部分,主要分析研究的背景和意義,研究的思路和主要內(nèi)容,以及國內(nèi)外有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和新產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的研究綜述。第二章經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群概況研究,考察了國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的典型案例,特別是我國國家級經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的存在狀態(tài)。第三章臨沂經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展概況。運用主成分分析法,對臨沂開發(fā)區(qū)進行實證研究,得出臨沂開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展水平狀況以及影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的因素并進行分析。具體分析了臨沂開發(fā)區(qū)器械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、生物化工產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、家具制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章臨沂經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展問題分析。通過考察這里的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群后認為,主要問題是,集群的根植性差,過分依賴外資,政策性障礙,產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度低,缺乏高等級生產(chǎn)要素,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群脆弱性,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈短小,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的極化效應(yīng)等。第五章臨沂經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的對策與建議。針對存在的問題,提出一系列有針對性的對策措施,最后對文章進行總結(jié)歸納。 本文把產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)聯(lián)系在一起,研究在開發(fā)區(qū)特定區(qū)位條件下產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,有利于充實產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的理論內(nèi)容。同時,它又是針對沿海欠發(fā)達城市臨沂的開發(fā)區(qū)展開分析的,可能對其他欠發(fā)達地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展也有一定參考價值,所以說,本文研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the review of the theoretical research of industrial clusters, this paper uses the method of theoretical exploration and empirical analysis to investigate the development status and existing problems of industrial clusters in China. The analysis focuses on the industrial clusters of national economic and technological development zones in China. This paper focuses on the operation and development of the industrial cluster in Xinjin National Economic and technological Development Zone of Linyi. Firstly, this paper investigates the existing state and manifestation of the industrial cluster in Linyi Development Zone. Then it analyzes the problems in the development of these industrial clusters, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of industrial clusters in Linyi Development Zone. This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly analyzes the background and significance of the research, the research ideas and main content. As well as the domestic and foreign research on industrial clusters and new industrial zones. Chapter two: the general situation of the economic and technological development zones industrial clusters, inspected the typical cases of industrial clusters at home and abroad. In particular, the existence of national economic and technological development zone industrial cluster. Chapter III Linyi Economic and technological Development Zone industrial cluster development situation. Using principal component analysis, Linyi Economic and technological Development Zone empirical study. The development level of Linyi Development Zone and the factors affecting the development of industrial clusters are analyzed. The equipment industry cluster, new energy industry cluster and new material industry cluster in Linyi Development Zone are analyzed in detail. Biochemical industry cluster, furniture manufacturing industry cluster. Logistics industry cluster and other industrial clusters development status. 4th chapter Linyi Economic and technological Development Zone industrial cluster development analysis. Through the investigation of the industrial cluster here, the main problem is that the root of the cluster is poor. Excessive dependence on foreign capital, policy barriers, low degree of industrial correlation, lack of high-grade factors of production, industrial cluster vulnerability, short industrial chain. The polarization effect of industrial cluster and so on. Chapter 5th: countermeasures and suggestions for the development of industrial cluster in Linyi Economic and technological Development Zone. In view of the existing problems, a series of targeted countermeasures are put forward. Finally, the article is summarized. This paper links industrial clusters with economic development zones, studies the development of industrial clusters under the specific location conditions of development zones, which is conducive to enrich the theoretical content of industrial clusters. It is also an analysis of the development zone in Linyi, a less developed coastal city, which may be of some reference value to the development of industrial clusters in other underdeveloped areas. This study has important theoretical and practical significance.
