【摘要】：本文的研究時(shí)間段截取為20世紀(jì)90年代至今，研究對(duì)象為符合篩選條件的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，主要研究這些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在這一特定時(shí)期內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的新特點(diǎn)首先在導(dǎo)言部分，作者簡(jiǎn)述了選題的意義和論述方法，并對(duì)在這一問(wèn)題上有所觸及的文獻(xiàn)做出綜述隨后，在第二章，從技術(shù)角度出發(fā)，歸納總結(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家由高新技術(shù)（主要是信息技術(shù)）所引領(lǐng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的新特點(diǎn)第三章從制度角度出發(fā)，分析發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家現(xiàn)有的社會(huì)保障支出水平與基尼系數(shù)水平，談到集體行動(dòng)邏輯下發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的社會(huì)僵化問(wèn)題，從正反兩方面論述了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家現(xiàn)行的民主制度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)與抑制作用然后在第四章，從全球化的角度出發(fā)，綜述了信息時(shí)代背景下，經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)全球化的特征，分析了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在全球化過(guò)程中所扮演的角色，并解釋了全球大分工對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有利有弊的辯證關(guān)系在文章的最后部分，本文給出了發(fā)展中國(guó)家可以借鑒的一些增長(zhǎng)路徑與需要警惕的陷阱和教訓(xùn) 無(wú)論是從技術(shù)ǐ制度，還是全球化的角度，本文都希望提煉出發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家最近二十年才逐漸顯現(xiàn)出的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)象，并加以剖析闡釋因此，當(dāng)本文在第二章，從微觀技術(shù)層面展開(kāi)論述的時(shí)候，重點(diǎn)不在技術(shù)本身，而在因新技術(shù)應(yīng)用所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)新特點(diǎn)上也就是說(shuō)，本文不會(huì)圍繞新技術(shù)這個(gè)主題做泛泛之談，而是將新技術(shù)作為研究視角，提煉新特點(diǎn)同樣的，在接下來(lái)的第三章ǐ第四章，當(dāng)本文談到制度與全球化的時(shí)候，也是希望從這兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)，觀察近二十年發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)象，并從中歸納總結(jié)出新特點(diǎn) 而本文之所以選擇技術(shù)ǐ制度ǐ全球化這三個(gè)角度，是因?yàn)檫@樣一個(gè)內(nèi)在邏輯：社會(huì)發(fā)展程度和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)由技術(shù)水平直接決定，，而社會(huì)現(xiàn)行制度又促進(jìn)或制約技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，即二者是相互作用和影響的，也就是通常意義上所說(shuō)的弱技術(shù)決定論這也是為什么要在第二章首先分析技術(shù)因素對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響，然后在接下來(lái)的一章分析制度因素而無(wú)論是技術(shù)還是制度，在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)域都是較為微觀的視角，在分析過(guò)兩者之間的辯證關(guān)系后，我們希望從一個(gè)更為宏觀的角度，也就是全球化的角度觀察發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)象實(shí)際上，今時(shí)今日的全球化現(xiàn)象就是現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平和現(xiàn)行制度互相作用后的結(jié)果而與此同時(shí)，隨著全球化的逐步深入，這種大趨勢(shì)又反作用于各國(guó)的技術(shù)研發(fā)環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易制度 綜上所述，本文的論述順序是：技術(shù)決定制度——制度反作用于技術(shù)——技術(shù)與制度決定全球化——全球化反作用于二者雖然本文每章各有側(cè)重，但是從整體的角度上看，是有一個(gè)完整的閉合的邏輯循環(huán)的最后要再次強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，本文的重點(diǎn)不在于對(duì)這些表象的描述，而是希望透過(guò)這些經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)表象，總結(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)在邏輯，并提煉出新特點(diǎn)
[Abstract]:The research period of this paper is from 1990s to present. The research object is developed countries that meet the screening criteria. The main study of these developed countries in this particular period of economic growth in the new characteristics of the first part in the introduction, the author described the significance of the topic and discussion methods. Then, in the second chapter, from the point of view of technology, the author makes a review of the literature that has been touched on this issue. The third chapter analyzes the existing social security expenditure level and Gini coefficient level in developed countries from the perspective of system. On the question of social rigidity in developed countries under the logic of collective action, this paper discusses the positive and negative effects of the current democratic system of developed countries on economic growth from the positive and negative aspects, and then in Chapter 4th. From the perspective of globalization, this paper summarizes the characteristics of globalization of economic activities in the context of the information age, and analyzes the role played by developed countries in the process of globalization. This paper also explains the dialectical relationship between the global division of labor and the economic growth of developed countries. In the last part of the article, some growth paths and pitfalls and lessons that developing countries can learn from are given. Whether from the point of view of technology system or globalization, this paper hopes to refine the economic growth phenomenon that developed countries have gradually appeared in the last two decades, and analyze and explain it. Therefore, when this article is in the second chapter. From the micro technical level, the emphasis is not on the technology itself, but on the new characteristics of economic growth brought about by the application of new technology, that is, this paper will not focus on the subject of new technology. But take the new technology as the research angle, refine the new characteristics the same, in the following chapter 3, chapter 4th, when this article talks about the system and the globalization, is also hoped from these two angles. The phenomenon of economic growth in developed countries in the past two decades is observed, and the new characteristics are summed up from it. The reason why this paper chooses the three angles of technology and system globalization is that the degree of social development and the form of economic structure are directly determined by the level of technology. The current social system promotes or restricts the progress of technology, that is, they interact and influence each other. That is, the weak technology determinism, which is why the second chapter first analyzes the impact of technological factors on the economic growth of developed countries. Then in the next chapter, we analyze the institutional factors, whether technical or institutional, in the field of economic growth is a more microscopic perspective, after analyzing the dialectical relationship between the two. We want to look at economic growth in developed countries from a more macro perspective, that is, from the perspective of globalization. Today's globalization phenomenon is the result of the interaction between the existing technology level and the current system. At the same time, with the gradual deepening of globalization. This trend counteracts to countries' technological research and development environment and economic and trade systems. To sum up, the order of this paper is: technology determines system-institutional reaction in technology-technology and institutional determination-globalization-globalization reaction to both, although each chapter of this paper has its own emphasis. However, from the overall point of view, there is a complete closed logical cycle to emphasize again that the emphasis of this paper is not on the description of these representations, but on the desire to pass through these economic phenomena.
