【摘要】：收入分配問題是我國(guó)黨和政府高度重視的問題。隨著改革開放，經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，居民收入快速增長(zhǎng)同時(shí)，收入差距也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。居民收入分配存在一定差距，，有一定的合理性，合理的收入差距有助于調(diào)動(dòng)人們的工作積極性，提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。但是過大的收入差距，不利于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康循環(huán)發(fā)展，不利于社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)。當(dāng)前，我省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平在普遍提高的同時(shí)，城鎮(zhèn)居民內(nèi)部、農(nóng)村居民內(nèi)部、城鄉(xiāng)居民內(nèi)部收入差距不斷拉大，其中城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距最為突出，城鎮(zhèn)居民人均家庭可支配收入由1978年的276.24元增長(zhǎng)到2011年的18292.23元，增長(zhǎng)18015.99元，而農(nóng)村居民家庭人均純收入由1978年的114.06元，增長(zhǎng)到2011年的7119.69元，，增長(zhǎng)7005.63元，兩者相差11010.36元，收入差距甚大，并且收入差距不斷擴(kuò)大。 本文重點(diǎn)分析了城鎮(zhèn)居民內(nèi)部收入差距、農(nóng)村居民內(nèi)部收入差距以及城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距情況，城鄉(xiāng)居民收入增長(zhǎng)及收入差距情況，分析了城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距以及收入差距增大的原因。當(dāng)前收入分配格局對(duì)收入分配的影響，收入分配格局中存在的問題及原因，最后通過分析，提出了優(yōu)化收入分配格局的政策建議，提高城鄉(xiāng)居民收入，縮小居民收入差距。
[Abstract]:The problem of income distribution is our party and government attach great importance to the issue. With the reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy, the rapid growth of income at the same time, the income gap has gradually emerged. There is a gap of income distribution, has certain rationality, the reasonable income gap is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of people, improve labor productivity. But the income gap too large, is not conducive to the healthy development of circular economy, is not conducive to social stability and unity. At present, the income of urban and rural residents in our province is generally improved at the same time, urban residents, rural residents, the income gap between urban and rural residents is widening the urban-rural income gap, which is the most prominent. Urban residents per capita disposable household income increased from 276.24 yuan in 1978 to 18292.23 yuan in 2011, an increase of 18015.99 yuan, and the per capita net income of Rural Households by 1978 The 114.06 yuan, up to 7119.69 yuan in 2011, increased by 7005.63 yuan, the difference between the two is 11010.36 yuan, the income gap is very large, and the income gap is expanding.
This paper focuses on the analysis of the income gap of urban residents, the income gap between rural residents and the urban-rural income gap between urban and rural residents, income growth and income gap, analyzes the income gap between urban and rural residents and the income gap increases. The current income distribution pattern of income distribution, the existing problems and the reasons in income distribution finally, through the analysis, put forward policy suggestions for optimizing the structure of income distribution, increase the income of urban and rural residents, narrow the income gap.
