【摘要】：自從1978年改革開放以來,我國開始呈現(xiàn)外商直接投資的大量流入的傾向,延邊地區(qū)也不例外,在推動延邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的眾多因素中,外商直接投資占據(jù)不可忽視的一個(gè)地位,它已成為延邊地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)不可缺少的一部分。近年來,越來越多的投資者關(guān)注著延邊地區(qū)的投資環(huán)境,并投資于延邊地區(qū),這使延邊地區(qū)的FDI的規(guī)模不斷壯大,同時(shí)也為跨國公司帶來了盈利,FDI的投入對于延邊地區(qū)和投資方有著深刻的意義,實(shí)現(xiàn)了外商投資企業(yè)和延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)的共贏。 延邊地區(qū)外資企業(yè)的數(shù)量和投資總量不斷上升,但是其中也存在著不少問題。比如延邊地區(qū)對外商直接投資的研究和關(guān)注不夠積極,缺乏可指導(dǎo)的正確導(dǎo)向和可操作的參考性指標(biāo)。本文以國外和國內(nèi)的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)為借鑒,利用數(shù)量分析等研究方法,著眼于延邊地區(qū)外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀,通過闡述延邊地區(qū)的外商直接投資的規(guī)模、行業(yè)分布、地區(qū)分布、外商直接投資來源渠道結(jié)構(gòu)的具體情況,具體指出了延邊地區(qū)外商直接投資在優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中產(chǎn)生的影響和存在問題,進(jìn)而提出了對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China began to show the tendency of a large number of foreign direct investment inflows, Yanbian region is no exception, in promoting the economic development of Yanbian area of many factors. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has become an indispensable part of Yanbian economy. In recent years, more and more investors are paying attention to the investment environment in Yanbian. And invest in Yanbian area, which makes the scale of Yanbian FDI growing, but also brings profit for multinational companies to invest in Yanbian area and investors have a profound significance. Foreign-invested enterprises and Yanbian economy to achieve a win-win situation. The number and total investment of foreign-funded enterprises in Yanbian area are increasing, but there are still many problems. For example, the research and attention to FDI in Yanbian area is not active enough. Lack of guiding correct guidance and operational reference indicators. Based on foreign and domestic related theories and literature, using quantitative analysis and other research methods, this paper focuses on the current situation of foreign direct investment in Yanbian area. Through the elaboration of the Yanbian area foreign direct investment scale, the industry distribution, the regional distribution, the foreign direct investment source channel structure concrete situation. This paper points out the influence and existing problems of foreign direct investment in optimizing industrial structure in Yanbian area, and puts forward some countermeasures.
