【摘要】：當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于深度調(diào)整期,逆全球化趨勢(shì)和保護(hù)主義抬頭。在此背景下,本文探討了"一帶一路"作為全球化升級(jí)的載體,為新型全球化帶來(lái)革新、聯(lián)通、共贏、善治的戰(zhàn)略意義,為新型全球化在打造國(guó)際合作新平臺(tái)、構(gòu)建互聯(lián)互通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、形成命運(yùn)共同體、優(yōu)化全球治理等方面提供的新機(jī)遇。本文指出,推進(jìn)新型全球化需要有系統(tǒng)合理的架構(gòu),要以互利共贏為目標(biāo)加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接,兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與人文交流,以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)投資、金融、能源和科技創(chuàng)新為發(fā)展支柱,不斷完善全球治理機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)新型全球化朝更加普惠和包容的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The current world economy is still in a deep adjustment period, reverse the trend of globalization and the rise of protectionism. Under this background, this paper discusses the "carrier The Belt and Road" as globalization upgrades, new globalization brings innovation, Unicom, win-win situation, the strategic significance of good governance, new globalization to create a new platform for international cooperation, the construction of interoperability the network, form a community of destiny, new opportunities for global governance optimization. This paper pointed out that the promotion of new globalization requires a systematic and reasonable framework, to mutual benefit and win-win as the goal to strengthen the strategic docking, economic cooperation and cultural exchanges, to infrastructure, trade, industrial investment, finance, energy and technology innovation for the development of pillar and constantly improve the mechanism of global governance, to further promote the development of new globalization in more inclusive and tolerant.
