【摘要】：本文是基于國際投資理論和中國對外直接投資現(xiàn)狀的分析,理論上采用“東道國先進(jìn)技術(shù)-海外子公司-本國母公司”的技術(shù)獲取路徑,來研究中國企業(yè)進(jìn)行對外直接投資是否會(huì)獲得逆向技術(shù)溢出并提升企業(yè)的技術(shù)水平,實(shí)證研究中采用中國制造業(yè)140家在2007至2014年連續(xù)經(jīng)營且有進(jìn)行過對外直接投資的上市公司的面板數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行對外直接投資獲取逆向技術(shù)溢出的實(shí)證分析。通過中國上市公司微觀層面數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示,我國大多數(shù)企業(yè)能通過東道國的研發(fā)投入獲得逆向技術(shù)溢出,企業(yè)對那些研發(fā)投入多的國家進(jìn)行直接投資,可以使東道國豐富的技術(shù)資源,擴(kuò)散我國企業(yè)的海外子公司,并通過海外子公司再將其轉(zhuǎn)移回母公司,從而促進(jìn)母公司技術(shù)能力的提升。而對于技術(shù)尋求型對外直接投資,更多的是通過東道國的研發(fā)人員獲得逆向技術(shù)溢出,企業(yè)通過在研發(fā)人員資源豐富的國家投資建廠,可以直接利用當(dāng)?shù)刎S富的技術(shù)研發(fā)人員,獲得知識(shí)溢出,提升企業(yè)技術(shù)能力。因此,政府應(yīng)當(dāng)完善我國對外直接投資的整體法案,鼓勵(lì)我國企業(yè)進(jìn)行海外投資,并與技術(shù)先進(jìn)投資目標(biāo)國建立良好的外交關(guān)系,為國內(nèi)企業(yè)開展技術(shù)尋求型對外直接投資創(chuàng)造有利的投資環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:This paper is the analysis of the theory of international investment and China foreign direct investment situation based on access path by the host country "advanced technology of foreign subsidiaries - its parent company" technology theory, to study the China enterprises foreign direct investment will get reverse technology spillover and technological upgrading of enterprises, the empirical study by Chinese manufacturing 140 in 2007 to 2014 for business and panel data of foreign direct investment of listed companies, the empirical analysis of foreign direct investment for reverse technology spillovers. Through empirical testing, the company listed China micro level data shows that, most of the enterprises in our country through the host country's R & D investment get reverse technology spillover. The enterprise R & D investment for those countries with more direct investment, can make the host rich technical resources, diffusion of enterprises in China Overseas subsidiaries and overseas subsidiaries will then transfer back to the parent company, so as to promote the technical ability of the parent company. As for the technology seeking foreign direct investment, more is to obtain the reverse technology spillover through a host of R & D personnel, research personnel in the construction enterprises through the rich resources of the national investment, can be used directly the local rich technology R & D personnel, obtain knowledge spillover, enhance the technological capabilities of enterprises. Therefore, the government should improve the overall legislation of China's foreign direct investment, encourage Chinese enterprises to invest overseas, and establish a good relationship with foreign advanced technology investment target country, create a favorable investment environment for domestic enterprises to carry out technology seeking foreign direct investment.
