【摘要】：在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的新常態(tài)下,其慢增長問題突出,主要表現(xiàn)在增長總量、轉(zhuǎn)型升級、提質(zhì)增效、過剩產(chǎn)能和社會分配五個維度。文章基于"生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的辯證統(tǒng)一、供與求的無縫對接、有計劃和按比例的發(fā)展規(guī)律"等經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論,分析得出社會主義經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下五個維度慢增長的成因,即"生產(chǎn)力代價居高與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系發(fā)展滯后、物質(zhì)和精神產(chǎn)品市場的錯位生產(chǎn)、慣性排斥思維及市場經(jīng)濟缺口的矛盾"等;進一步研究可知,依靠"避免關(guān)系割裂與效率優(yōu)化助推、協(xié)調(diào)配給機制和新型文化霸權(quán)、矯正有色視角及重建布局調(diào)控"等路徑,推進新常態(tài)下的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,有助于消解傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟模式下的供需矛盾,優(yōu)化社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的供需結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In the new normal of socialist market economy, the problem of slow growth is prominent, mainly in the total amount of growth, transformation and upgrading, quality and efficiency. This paper is based on the theory of "dialectical unity of productive forces and relations of production, seamless connection between supply and demand, planned and proportional development law" and so on. The causes of the slow growth of the five dimensions under the new normal state of socialist economy are obtained, that is, "the high cost of productive forces and the lagging development of the relations of production, the staggered production of the material and spiritual products market." The contradiction between inertia repulsive thinking and the gap of market economy, etc. Further research shows that the path of "avoiding separation of relationships and promoting efficiency optimization, coordinating rationing mechanism and new cultural hegemony, correcting colored perspective and reconstructing layout control". The promotion of supply-side structural reform under the new normal condition will help to eliminate the contradiction between supply and demand in the traditional economic model and optimize the supply and demand structure of socialist market economy.
