【摘要】："一帶一路"是習近平提出建設(shè)"新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"和"21世紀海上絲綢路"的整體發(fā)展倡議,是合并起來的一個宏觀工程,強調(diào)要把此項倡議落實和區(qū)域開發(fā)與開放結(jié)合起來。這是一個站在高度上的大項思考。目前所看到的研究,多數(shù)觀點是站在多數(shù)民族的角度去思考與分析的,然而"一帶一路"所經(jīng)過的國內(nèi)沿線區(qū)域多是民族地區(qū),就少數(shù)民族角度討論"一帶一路"不可或缺。
