【摘要】：西藏集民族地區(qū)、邊疆地區(qū)和全國唯一的省級集中連片貧困地區(qū)于一體,其貧困問題復(fù)雜且特殊,是打贏全國脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的"硬骨頭",因此,有必要對西藏貧困問題進(jìn)行全面深入的研究。本文深入分析了西藏貧困現(xiàn)狀、貧困特征、多維致貧原因以及存在的問題,并結(jié)合"六個精準(zhǔn)"和"五個一批"基本方略提出了相應(yīng)對策建議,致力于進(jìn)一步推動精準(zhǔn)扶貧開發(fā),提高扶貧成效,確保西藏全區(qū)59萬貧困人口如期脫貧。
[Abstract]:Tibet is a collection of ethnic areas, border areas and the country's only provincial concentration of poverty-stricken areas in one, its poverty problem is complex and special, is to win the national fight against poverty "hard bone", therefore. It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study of poverty in Tibet. The present situation of poverty in Tibet, the characteristics of poverty, the causes of poverty caused by multidimensional factors and the existing problems are deeply analyzed in this paper. In combination with the basic strategies of "six accurate" and "five groups", the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, devoting itself to further promoting precision poverty alleviation and development, improving poverty alleviation effectiveness, and ensuring that 590,000 poor people in Tibet as a whole will get out of poverty as scheduled.
