【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了巨大的發(fā)展,但是中國(guó)的發(fā)展一直是扮演著西方歐美國(guó)家的制造工廠的角色,其實(shí)質(zhì)是過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能被西方所吸收,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,中國(guó)在國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與協(xié)作中處在較低的層次上,產(chǎn)業(yè)附加值不高。2008年金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)的影響隨即波動(dòng)到中國(guó),作為中國(guó)東部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)最為發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)之一的江蘇省受到的沖擊也較為顯著,實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重影響。因此,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)到了刻不容緩的地步。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)路徑方面的研究比較多,對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)測(cè)定方面的研究嚴(yán)重不足,因此,對(duì)江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)進(jìn)行測(cè)定,指明江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的方向具有重要意義。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,首先分析江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀：江蘇省三大產(chǎn)業(yè)間結(jié)構(gòu)趨于合理,但第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的比重明顯偏低,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)水平系數(shù)也處于一個(gè)相對(duì)較低的水平上；江蘇省處于工業(yè)化后期,正是處在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)的階段。運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平測(cè)度模型,對(duì)江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)進(jìn)行測(cè)定,得出如下分析結(jié)果：第二產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部輕、重工業(yè)發(fā)展齊頭并進(jìn),但新興技術(shù)密集型工業(yè)比例還太少；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)仍占據(jù)主要地位,總體上,江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨于合理,但還有升級(jí)空間。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀分析和測(cè)定分析,本文提出了影響江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的五大因素,即供給因素、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新因素、需求因素、對(duì)外開(kāi)放和外部沖擊,并對(duì)江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,從分析結(jié)果來(lái)看,供給因素、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新因素和需求因素對(duì)江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)影響較為顯著。 最后,針對(duì)影響因素,本文提出了促進(jìn)江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步升級(jí)的政策建議：大力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、建立健全現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、建設(shè)人才強(qiáng)省。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has made great progress, but the development of China has been playing the role of manufacturing plants in Western Europe and the United States, the essence of which is that excess capacity is absorbed by the West. Compared with the developed countries, China is at a lower level in the international industrial division and cooperation, and the industrial added value is not high. In 2008, the impact of the financial crisis immediately fluctuated to China. As one of the most developed areas in the east of China, Jiangsu Province has been affected significantly, and the development of real economy has been seriously affected. Therefore, the industrial transformation has been upgraded to the point of urgency. At present. There are many researches on the path of industrial structure upgrading in China, and there is a serious lack of research on the measurement of industrial structure upgrading. Therefore, the measurement of industrial structure upgrading in Jiangsu Province is carried out. It is of great significance to point out the direction of industrial structure upgrading in Jiangsu Province. Combined with the actual situation, this paper first analyzes the current situation of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province: the structure of the three major industries in Jiangsu Province tends to be reasonable, but the proportion of the tertiary industry is obviously low. The tertiary industry level coefficient is also in a relatively low level; Jiangsu Province is in the late stage of industrialization, which is in the stage of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. Using the industrial structure level measurement model, the industrial structure upgrade of Jiangsu Province is measured. The results are as follows: the second industry is light inside and the heavy industry develops with each other, but the proportion of emerging technology-intensive industry is too small; In general, the industrial structure of Jiangsu Province tends to be reasonable, but there is room for upgrading. According to the analysis and analysis of the present situation, this paper puts forward five factors that affect the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province, that is, supply factor, technological innovation factor, demand factor, opening to the outside world and external shock. An empirical analysis is made on the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the factors of supply, technological innovation and demand have a significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province. Finally, in view of the influence factors, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the further upgrading of Jiangsu's industry: vigorously implement the innovation-driven strategy, establish and perfect the modern industrial system, and build a strong province with talents.
