【摘要】：創(chuàng)新人才、創(chuàng)新資金和創(chuàng)新技術(shù)等在內(nèi)的創(chuàng)新要素的集聚推動(dòng)了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的快速提升。近年來安徽省一直將創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)作為區(qū)域發(fā)展的核心戰(zhàn)略之一,增強(qiáng)了區(qū)域?qū)?chuàng)新要素的吸引力。然而,安徽省內(nèi)地區(qū)間創(chuàng)新能力仍存在較大差距。對(duì)安徽省各地級(jí)市創(chuàng)新要素集聚水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并分析創(chuàng)新要素集聚對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上分別提出促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新要素進(jìn)一步集聚和提高創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的政策建議,不但能為安徽省制定決策以縮小區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力差異、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)均衡發(fā)展提供依據(jù),也能為我國(guó)廣大的中西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供借鑒與參考。本文以安徽省為研究對(duì)象對(duì)其創(chuàng)新要素集聚進(jìn)行了三個(gè)方面的研究:創(chuàng)新要素集聚現(xiàn)狀、創(chuàng)新要素集聚水平及創(chuàng)新要素集聚對(duì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響。首先,本文對(duì)創(chuàng)新要素集聚的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理,界定了創(chuàng)新要素及創(chuàng)新要素集聚的概念和范圍,并對(duì)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)述。其次,在對(duì)安徽省16個(gè)地級(jí)市創(chuàng)新要素集聚現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行可視化描述的基礎(chǔ)上,通過相關(guān)性分析構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新要素指標(biāo)體系,并通過因子分析法計(jì)算其創(chuàng)新要素集聚水平,探討各地級(jí)市創(chuàng)新要素集聚水平的差異。最后,研究了安徽省各地級(jí)市創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出間的空間相關(guān)性,并通過地理加權(quán)回歸分析了創(chuàng)新要素集聚對(duì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)安徽省各地級(jí)市創(chuàng)新要素集聚提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The agglomeration of innovative elements, such as innovative talents, innovative funds and innovative technologies, has promoted the rapid improvement of regional innovation capability. In recent years, innovation drive has been regarded as one of the core strategies of regional development in Anhui Province. However, there is still a big gap in innovation ability in the interior of Anhui Province. The level of concentration of innovation elements in each city of Anhui Province is evaluated. On the basis of analyzing the influence of innovation factor agglomeration on regional innovation output, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to promote innovation factor agglomeration and improve innovation output. Not only for Anhui Province to make decisions to reduce regional innovation capacity differences, and promote balanced economic development to provide the basis. It can also provide reference and reference for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in the underdeveloped areas of central and western China. This paper takes Anhui Province as the research object to study the agglomeration of innovation elements in three aspects:. The present situation of innovation factor agglomeration. The level of innovation factor agglomeration and the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on innovation output. Firstly, this paper combs the related research of innovation factor agglomeration, and defines the concept and scope of innovation factor and innovation factor agglomeration. Secondly, on the basis of visual description of the present situation of innovation factor agglomeration in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province, the index system of innovation elements is constructed through correlation analysis. And through factor analysis to calculate the level of concentration of innovative elements, to explore the level of concentration of innovative elements of different levels of differences. Finally, the spatial correlation between the innovative output of each city in Anhui Province is studied. On the basis of this, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the agglomeration of innovation factors in each city of Anhui province.
