【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理的新變化既為中國(guó)的參與帶來(lái)了新機(jī)遇,也增加了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與挑戰(zhàn)。機(jī)遇主要來(lái)自全球治理理念的多元化、治理規(guī)則的新發(fā)展和新興國(guó)家影響力的總體增強(qiáng)。與此同時(shí),阻礙性力量有所加大、支撐性平臺(tái)作用有限、不確定性因素日益增多等使中國(guó)參與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理的制度性約束增加。為了更有效地參與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理,提升中國(guó)"共商、共建、共享"治理理念的影響力,中國(guó)和其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家需在機(jī)構(gòu)平臺(tái)建設(shè)、議題設(shè)置及構(gòu)筑重點(diǎn)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全防護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面加大投入。
[Abstract]:The new changes in the global economic governance for China participation has brought new opportunities and challenges, but also increases the risk of diversification opportunities. Mainly from the concept of global governance, the overall development of the new rules of governance and emerging countries influence increased. At the same time, blocking power has been increased, supporting platform effect, uncertainty factors are the increase of the China institutional constraints to participate in global economic governance. In order to more effectively participate in global economic governance, promoting China jointly, build and share "concept of governance influence, and the developing countries in Chinese he mechanism platform construction, agenda setting and constructing key national and regional economic security network to increase investment.
