【摘要】：《珠江-西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2014-2020年)》重在落實(shí),既要有短、中期的策略,更要有長期的視野。要注重珠三角和珠西經(jīng)濟(jì)帶規(guī)劃的銜接,以珠三角為核心的先發(fā)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)散,沿珠江流域上溯是必然的選擇;要注重兩條經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的聯(lián)通,將西江與珠三角、港澳以及"海上絲路"沿線的東盟、南亞、西亞、北非、歐洲等各大經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊連接;要注重兩條江的融合,對西江和珠江通盤規(guī)劃、共同著力,通過提升生態(tài)環(huán)保、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的水平和能力,在兩江高度融合的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)該流域的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)長足發(fā)展;要注重兩個(gè)省區(qū)的合作,努力消除非合作競爭的行政區(qū)域隔閡。
[Abstract]:The Zhujiang River Xijiang Economic Belt Development Plan 2014-2020) should be implemented with a short and medium term strategy as well as a long-term vision, and attention should be paid to the link between the planning of the Pearl River Delta and the western Pearl River Economic Belt. The Pearl River Delta is the core of the industrial diffusion along the Pearl River basin is the inevitable choice; We should pay attention to the connection of the two economic belts, connecting the Xijiang River with the major economic plates of the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao, and the ASEAN, South Asia, West Asia, North Africa and Europe along the "Maritime Silk Road"; We should pay attention to the integration of the two rivers, make overall planning for the Xijiang River and the Pearl River, and work together to improve the level and ability of ecological protection, infrastructure and industrial layout. On the basis of the high integration of the two rivers, the economic and social development of the basin is realized. We should pay attention to the cooperation between the two provinces and regions and strive to eliminate the gap between the administrative regions of non-cooperative competition.
