【摘要】：能源是國家發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，為國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展提供動力支持。隨著中國的經(jīng)濟持續(xù)高速增長，能源問題已成為制約中國經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸，而且其影響已經(jīng)受到全世界各國前所未有的密切關(guān)注。 無論企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)還是國家，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新都是最主要的內(nèi)容之一。作為可能最終取代傳統(tǒng)化石能源技術(shù)的新能源技術(shù)，在現(xiàn)階段還存在諸多不足。新能源技術(shù)以其結(jié)構(gòu)的多元化和環(huán)保的優(yōu)點，萌發(fā)著新的經(jīng)濟增長點，所以理所應(yīng)當成為了目前各國的戰(zhàn)略目標。當前世界各國的新能源技術(shù)各有高低，但總體仍處于起步階段，，誰能搶先將其建設(shè)為可持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)，誰就獲得了影響世界的主動權(quán)。 新能源的開發(fā)利用離不開技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的支撐，而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是科學技術(shù)哲學中技術(shù)哲學的重要內(nèi)容之一，并且是價值論的體現(xiàn)。新能源發(fā)展可以同時平衡經(jīng)濟價值、生態(tài)價值及社會價值現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展的矛盾。研究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對能源領(lǐng)域的影響，在一定程度上也是研究科技對社會影響的一個目的所在。新能源技術(shù)將成為一種影響世界格局與人類社會發(fā)展的新基礎(chǔ)。因此，亟待進行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來加快新能源的發(fā)展。 本文共有五個部分。第一章緒論，提出問題，介紹國內(nèi)外研究成果，并闡明論文研究的方法、目的意義及創(chuàng)新點。第二章相關(guān)概念的界定及理論分析，闡述了新能源及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的概念，并分析了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。第三章中國新能源技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀分析，分析了中國新能源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。第四章中國新能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，依照新能源存在的問題，提出不同層次下的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略路徑。第五章中國新能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的政策建議，給出符合中國實際情況的新能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新政策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy is the material basis for national development, provide the impetus for the development of the national economy. With China sustained rapid economic growth, the energy problem has become a bottleneck restricting the China sustainable economic and social development, and its influence has been paid close attention by the whole world hitherto unknown.
Regardless of the enterprise, industry or country, technological innovation is one of the most important content. As could eventually replace the traditional fossil energy technology, new energy technology, at present there are still many problems. The new energy technology with the advantages of diversification of structure and environmental protection, the germination of the new economic growth point, so as it should be the strategic target of the present country. In the world of new energy technology is different, but overall is still in the initial stage, who can beat its construction for the sustainable development of the industry, who won the impact of the initiative in the world.
The development and utilization of new energy cannot do without the support of technological innovation, and technological innovation is one of the important contents of the philosophy of technology in science and technology philosophy, and embodies the value theory. The development of new energy can also balance the economic value, ecological value and social conflicts at the present stage of development. The value effect of technical innovation on energy field. One objective is to some extent on the impact of technology on society. New energy technology will become the new foundation of a world pattern and the development of human society. Therefore, technological innovation should be to accelerate the development of new energy sources.
This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, put forward problems, introduces the domestic and foreign research results, and illustrates the research purpose, significance and innovations. The second chapter is the analysis of the definition and theory of related concepts, describes the concept of new energy and technological innovation, and analyzes the technical innovation. The third chapter analyzes the Chinese new energy technology status, analyzes the current development of new energy and Chinese problems. The fourth chapter China new energy technology innovation strategy, in accordance with the new energy problems, put forward the innovation strategy path at different levels. The fifth chapter of the policy recommendations of technological innovation China new energy, new energy technology innovation policy are consistent with the actual situation China suggestions.
