【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是一種世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，它是指大量的企業(yè)在特定的區(qū)域范圍中按照一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系在一起的，形成一個(gè)功能齊全且互補(bǔ)的產(chǎn)業(yè)群落。國(guó)內(nèi)外大量事例研究表明，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚企業(yè)比非產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚企業(yè)有著更強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展力、更快的增長(zhǎng)速度以及更為優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)新能力。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為全球產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的基本特性之一，已經(jīng)逐步成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要方向。集聚不斷在促使區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)并成為該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)支柱，帶動(dòng)整個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。福建省是海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的核心組成部分，被賦予兩岸人民經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流合作先行先試示范區(qū)域和東部沿海地區(qū)對(duì)外開放制造業(yè)的重要定位，制造業(yè)的集聚程度和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r是否直接影響區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，進(jìn)而影響我國(guó)東部沿海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)布局，是一個(gè)重要的問題。然而現(xiàn)目前對(duì)于福建產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究多集中于地域?qū)用娴膽?zhàn)略發(fā)展探討、單個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展模式以及影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論因素分析等方面，對(duì)制造業(yè)集聚空間辨識(shí)和集聚水平的計(jì)量分析很是比較缺少的。本文將利用區(qū)位商、空間基尼系數(shù)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)共同集聚指數(shù)對(duì)該區(qū)域制造業(yè)空間集聚水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明：福建省9地市目前已形成各具優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。區(qū)域中心城市的各行業(yè)發(fā)展也相對(duì)均衡，周邊縣市的行業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)也有突出優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而單一制造業(yè)空間集聚水平與制造業(yè)共同集聚水平并沒有完全呈現(xiàn)出一致性。傳統(tǒng)的自然資源密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)以及勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)具有兩極化的空間集聚水平，而重化工業(yè)的集聚效應(yīng)有明顯擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)。最后，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)福建省制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，針對(duì)分析的結(jié)論，指出了處在的問題和不足并提出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is a worldwide economic phenomenon, it refers to a large number of enterprises in a specific regional scope according to a certain economic ties. Forming a functional and complementary industrial community. A large number of domestic and foreign studies show that industrial agglomeration enterprises have stronger competitiveness and sustainable development than non-industrial agglomeration enterprises. Faster growth rate and better innovation capability. Industrial agglomeration as one of the basic characteristics of global industrial organization. It has gradually become the main direction of economic development. Agglomeration continues to promote the upgrading of regional superior industries and become the pillar of economic growth in the region. Fujian Province is the core component of the economic zone of the West Bank of Taiwan Strait. People on both sides of the strait are given the important position of opening up manufacturing industry to the outside world in the first trial demonstration region and in the eastern coastal areas. Whether the degree of agglomeration and development of manufacturing industry directly affect the regional industrial transformation and upgrading and structural optimization, and then affect the economic layout of the eastern coastal areas of China. However, the current research on industrial agglomeration in Fujian is mainly focused on the discussion of strategic development at the regional level, the development model of individual enterprises and the analysis of the theoretical factors affecting industrial agglomeration. The econometric analysis of manufacturing agglomeration space identification and agglomeration level is very scarce. This paper will use location quotient. The spatial Gini coefficient and industrial agglomeration index are used to measure and evaluate the regional manufacturing spatial agglomeration level. At present, 9 cities in Fujian Province have formed industrial clusters with their own advantages, and the development of various industries in regional central cities is relatively balanced. The industrial development of the surrounding counties and cities also has outstanding advantages. However, the level of spatial agglomeration of single manufacturing industry and the level of joint agglomeration of manufacturing industry are not completely consistent. Traditional natural resource intensive industries and labor density. The concentration industry has the spatial agglomeration level of polarization. The agglomeration effect of heavy chemical industry has obvious diffusion effect. Finally, on the basis of this, the relationship between manufacturing industry agglomeration and economic growth in Fujian Province is analyzed empirically, and the conclusion of the analysis is given. This paper points out the problems and shortcomings and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
