【摘要】：改革開放30年以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的日益改善,全球一體化程度的加深,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平發(fā)生了巨大的改變。其中東部沿海地區(qū)特別是長三角地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平更加突出,究其原因,除去長三角地區(qū)良好的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、政府的鼓勵(lì)政策、較高的人力資本等,我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)長三角地區(qū)的對(duì)外直接投資也是其取得良好經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)的重要因素之一。然而對(duì)外直接投資活動(dòng)的進(jìn)行以及發(fā)展依賴于一定的外部環(huán)境,尤其對(duì)資金的需求和金融結(jié)構(gòu)有著特殊的要求。一國(或地區(qū))的金融結(jié)構(gòu)主要由其融資模式和資金結(jié)構(gòu)決定,根據(jù)其渠道的發(fā)展而發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變化,以適應(yīng)不同產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)的融資需求。目前我國金融結(jié)構(gòu)主要表現(xiàn)為以國有銀行為主的模式,而這種金融結(jié)構(gòu)模式是否會(huì)對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資產(chǎn)生有益的影響,是一個(gè)值得深究的問題。因此在這樣的時(shí)代背景之下,以典型的長三角區(qū)域?yàn)槔芯拷鹑诮Y(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資的影響,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文總共分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分簡要概述了論文的研究背景、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足;第二部分對(duì)金融結(jié)構(gòu)與對(duì)外直接投資關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了簡要闡述,并著重分析了金融結(jié)構(gòu)促進(jìn)對(duì)外直接投資的作用機(jī)制,主要包括金融結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散機(jī)制、信息處理機(jī)制和資金融通機(jī)制;第三部分則運(yùn)用融資結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)、銀行結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)對(duì)長三角地區(qū)金融結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了論述,并從投資規(guī)模、投資主體兩個(gè)方面分析了對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀;第四部分通過長三角地區(qū)23個(gè)城市2007-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了衡量金融結(jié)構(gòu)不同指標(biāo)對(duì)OFDI的影響并做出了相關(guān)分析,從而得出本文的結(jié)論,結(jié)論如下:(1)長三角地區(qū)融資結(jié)構(gòu)和銀行結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)OFDI都具有顯著的正向作用,首先,意味著對(duì)于長三角對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè),股市成交總量的增加會(huì)促進(jìn)對(duì)外直接投資的擴(kuò)大。銀行結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)實(shí)證結(jié)果則說明四大國有銀行的貸款額在總貸款額中所占據(jù)比重的增加,對(duì)于企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資是起到促進(jìn)作用的。(2)控制變量中,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)開放水平變量對(duì)OFDI都是具有一定影響的,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)開放水平變量的影響可能存在一定時(shí)期的滯后現(xiàn)象。而外商直接投資和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平不顯著,且技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平變量可能產(chǎn)生的影響為負(fù)。第五部分,根據(jù)實(shí)證研究結(jié)論,提出了優(yōu)化區(qū)域金融結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)長三角地區(qū)對(duì)外直接投資活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行的對(duì)策建議,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的研究方向做了工作展望。
[Abstract]:30 years since the reform and opening up, with the improvement of economic environment, the degree of global integration deepening, has undergone tremendous changes. The level of economic development in the eastern coastal areas especially the Yangtze River Delta region's economic level is more prominent, the reason for the removal of the Yangtze River Delta region good infrastructure, government policies to encourage higher human capital so, we will find that foreign direct investment in the Yangtze River Delta region is also achieved good economic basis. However, one of the important factors for the activities of foreign direct investment and development rely on the external environment, especially the demand for capital and financial structure has special requirements. A country (or region) of the financial structure is mainly determined by the the mode of financing and capital structure changes according to the development of its channels, to meet the financing needs of different industries and enterprises. At present our country gold Financial structure is mainly dominated by state-owned banks mode, and whether this model of financial structure will have a beneficial effect on foreign direct investment, is a question worth studying. In this background, the Yangtze River Delta region as a typical case study of financial structure on the impact of foreign direct investment, has practical significance important. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part briefly introduces the research background, research significance, literature review, research ideas and innovation and deficiencies; briefly introduces related theory basis of the second part on the relationship between financial structure and foreign direct investment, and emphatically analyzes the financial structure promoting mechanism foreign direct investment, including the risk spreading mechanism of financial structure, information processing mechanism and financing mechanism; the third part is the use of the financing structure index, This paper discussed the bank structure index of financial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region, and from the two aspects of investment scale, investment analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment; the fourth part of the Yangtze River Delta region 23 city 2007-2013 panel data empirical test to measure the financial effect of different indexes on the structure of OFDI and make related analysis. In order to draw the conclusion of this paper, the conclusions are as follows: (1) the Yangtze River Delta region and bank financing structure has a positive effect on the structure of OFDI, the first significant means for the Yangtze River Delta, foreign direct investment enterprises, the stock market total turnover increase will promote the expansion of foreign direct investment. The empirical results shows that the proportion of the index structure of bank loans increased the four major state-owned banks occupy in the total amount of loans, foreign direct investment for enterprises is to play the role. (2) control variable in economy The development level, the level of economic openness variable is has certain effect on OFDI, but the level of economic openness lag influence variables may exist in a certain period of time. While there was no significant difference of foreign direct investment and the level of technological innovation, and technological innovation level variables may influence is negative. In the fifth part, according to the empirical research conclusion, put forward the optimization of the financial structure, countermeasures and suggestions to promote the activities of foreign direct investment in Yangtze River Delta region smoothly, and the direction of further research work in future.
