【摘要】：海南島是中國(guó)的第二大島嶼,自漢代納入中國(guó)版圖。在海南納入中國(guó)版圖悠久的歷史中,歷朝歷代政府對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)方式與性質(zhì)在不同時(shí)期具有不同的特點(diǎn),而相應(yīng)時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想也呈現(xiàn)出一定的時(shí)代特征。作為區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)史與經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想史,其在區(qū)域發(fā)展的過(guò)程中展現(xiàn)了區(qū)域發(fā)展的模式與方向,因此研究海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)軌跡與思想演進(jìn)過(guò)程,對(duì)于了解海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的具體特點(diǎn),總結(jié)海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的不足與經(jīng)驗(yàn),概括海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想的歷史脈絡(luò),分析經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐與思想之間的邏輯關(guān)系,具有重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)與史料的解讀與掌握,在先前研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)不同時(shí)期海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)軌跡與思想演進(jìn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了闡述,并以社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度變遷為切入點(diǎn),歸納與總結(jié)了海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐與海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想在不同社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度背景下的特點(diǎn),分析了二者之間的相互促進(jìn)與制約關(guān)系,為研究海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)軌跡與思想演進(jìn)過(guò)程提供了一個(gè)新的視角。文章最后歸納了海南歷史上經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)不足的幾點(diǎn)原因,并對(duì)海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。 本文第一章對(duì)海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要敘述,介紹了海南的自然地理與資源稟賦,并以2013年海南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方面的數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對(duì)海南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展概況、居民生活和民生事業(yè)等方面的現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行了闡述,以展示海南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本情況。 第二章首先回顧了海南早期的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),簡(jiǎn)要闡述了海南島早期社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)面貌以及海南納入中國(guó)版圖的時(shí)期。其次從建置、水利、農(nóng)業(yè)、貿(mào)易、資源、人口六個(gè)方面對(duì)海南古代經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了論述,并概括了古代政府關(guān)于海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)政策。在對(duì)于古代關(guān)于海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想的論述方面,本章主要探討了“黎族治理”、“文化教育”、“農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)”等方面的思想。 第三章對(duì)于晚清時(shí)期、民國(guó)時(shí)期以及日據(jù)時(shí)期海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的具體實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了論述,并從清末政府、民國(guó)政府以及日本的代表人物、學(xué)者等方面對(duì)近代海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想進(jìn)行了概括,最后闡述了近代海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的成效。 第四章從新中國(guó)建國(guó)初期到現(xiàn)階段,對(duì)幾個(gè)海南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)所開(kāi)展的具體經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)相應(yīng)時(shí)期關(guān)于海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的思想進(jìn)行了概括。從經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、居民收入、社會(huì)事業(yè)三個(gè)個(gè)方面,對(duì)新中國(guó)建國(guó)初期至今的海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 第五章是本文的核心部分。本章以海南歷史上社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的變遷為切入點(diǎn),試從這個(gè)角度揭示海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)軌跡的歷史主線,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)思想演進(jìn)過(guò)程的時(shí)代特征,并對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐與思想之間的促進(jìn)與約束進(jìn)行了分析。 第六章是本文的結(jié)尾部分。本章首先從地理位置、定位限制、早期開(kāi)發(fā)以及發(fā)展動(dòng)力幾個(gè)方面總結(jié)了海南歷史上經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)不足的原因,提出了海南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的選擇路徑,最后對(duì)海南未來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Hainan Island is the second largest island in China and has been included in China ' s layout since the Han Dynasty . In the history of China ' s development history and economy development , the thoughts of economic development in Hainan have different characteristics in different periods . As a regional economic development history and the history of economic development , the paper studies the shortage and experience of Hainan ' s economic development , summarizes the historical context of Hainan ' s economic development thought , analyses the logical relationship between economic development practice and thought , and has important theoretical and practical significance . On the basis of previous research , this paper expounds the process of development track and thought evolution of Hainan economy in different periods based on previous research , and summarizes and summarizes the characteristics of Hainan economic development practice and Hainan economic development thought in the background of different social and economic systems . In the first chapter , the author gives a brief account of the current situation of Hainan ' s economic development , introduces the natural geography and resource endowment of Hainan , and expounds the status of Hainan ' s economic development , residents ' living and livelihood undertakings based on the data of Hainan ' s economic and social development in 2013 , in order to show the basic situation of the economic and social development of Hainan . The second chapter firstly reviews the social and economic aspects of Hainan in the early period , expounds the early social and economic features of Hainan Island and the period of Hainan ' s integration into China . Secondly , it discusses the ancient economic development practice of Hainan from six aspects of building , water conservancy , agriculture , trade , resources and population . Chapter Three discusses the concrete practice of Hainan ' s economic development during the late Qing Dynasty , the Republic of China and Japan , and summarizes the thoughts of modern Hainan economic development from the end of Qing Dynasty , the government of the Republic of China and the representative figures and scholars of Japan . Finally , the effect of modern Hainan economic development is expounded . In chapter four , from the beginning of the founding of the new China to the present stage , the concrete economic development practice of several important nodes in Hainan ' s economic development is expounded , and the thoughts of the development of Hainan economy are summarized in the corresponding period . From the three aspects of economic construction , resident income and social cause , this paper summarizes the achievements of Hainan ' s economic development since the beginning of the founding of the new China . The fifth chapter is the core part of this paper . This chapter takes the change of the social economic system in the history of Hainan as the entry point , tries to reveal the history main line of Hainan economic development track from this angle , and the times characteristic of the evolution process of economic development thought , and analyzes the promotion and restriction between economic development practice and thought . The sixth chapter is the end part of this paper . Firstly , this chapter summarizes the reasons for the shortage of economic development in Hainan history from the aspects of geographic location , location limitation , early development and development power , and puts forward the choice path of Hainan economic development , and finally prospects the trend of Hainan ' s future economic development .
