【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇，我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型當(dāng)中，而經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵就在于轉(zhuǎn)變其發(fā)展方式，其中技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。外商具有技術(shù)和管理方面的集成優(yōu)勢(shì)，其直接投資能夠極大地帶動(dòng)?xùn)|道國(guó)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。西部大開發(fā)之后，甘肅也成為接受外商直接投資的重要省份，本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是外商投資對(duì)甘肅省的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有何意義，，給甘肅省制定政策，在利用外資以提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力方面提供理論和實(shí)踐支持。 首先，文章通過文獻(xiàn)綜述梳理相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，從理論上分析和探討外商投資影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的機(jī)制及因素，從技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移和技術(shù)外溢兩個(gè)方面對(duì)外商投資影響東道國(guó)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面進(jìn)行了分析，并給出影響東道國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的因素，結(jié)合研究?jī)?nèi)容形成框架，隨之提出理論模型；然后，通過查閱中國(guó)科技統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、甘肅省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒和相關(guān)權(quán)威部門統(tǒng)計(jì)網(wǎng)站的檢索，收集甘肅省16年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)；最后，通過分位數(shù)回歸、協(xié)同度分析等方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，研究外商投資對(duì)甘肅省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響，并給出相關(guān)政策建議。 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，外商投資額在低分位數(shù)水平下對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新沒有顯著性影響，而在中高分位數(shù)水平下卻產(chǎn)生了顯著的正向影響。甘肅省外商投資與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間的協(xié)調(diào)度在1997-2012年期間，呈現(xiàn)出波浪下降的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic globalization and market competition intensifies, our country is in economic transition, and the key of economic transformation lies in the change of the mode of development, the technology innovation is the key. The foreign with integrated advantages of technology and management, the direct investment can greatly promote technological innovation of the host country. After the development of the western region, Gansu has become one of the important provinces of foreign direct investment, the main content of this paper is what is the significance of foreign investment in technology innovation in Gansu Province, Gansu province to develop policies, in the use of foreign capital to enhance technology innovation ability to provide theoretical and practical support.
First of all, through the literature review of related research status at home and abroad this paper, and discuss the influence mechanism of foreign investment and technology innovation factors from the theoretical analysis, from the technology transfer and technology spillover effect of foreign investment on the two aspects of technological innovation of the host country are analyzed, and gives the influence factors of technological innovation in the host country, combining with the research form the content framework, then put forward the theoretical model; then, according to Chinese statistical yearbook on science and technology, retrieval and statistical yearbook of Gansu province and relevant authoritative department statistics website, collect the relevant data of Gansu province for 16 years; finally, the quantile regression, collaborative analysis methods to analyze the data. The impact of FDI on technology innovation in Gansu Province, and gives the relevant policy recommendations.
The results showed that foreign investment has no significant influence on technological innovation in the low quantile level, while in the high quantile level had a significant positive effect between foreign investment in Gansu province and the coordination degree of technical innovation in the 1997-2012 period, showing the wave downward trend.
