【摘要】：科技革命、跨國公司以及美國金融資本三大動力在20世紀80年代以來對推動經(jīng)濟全球化起到了一定的作用和影響�？萍几锩峁┝耸澜缡袌鐾卣怪寥虻奈镔|(zhì)基礎,使規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應在全球展開,促進了全球分工的深化和細化,極大地提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率,削弱了國家邊界對跨境經(jīng)濟活動的制約,促進了人員在全球的流動和移民規(guī)�？涨霸鲩L�？鐕緞t是利用科技革命成果推動國際分工的具體載體,他們不僅促進了全球范圍的技術進步,將國際分工變成企業(yè)內(nèi)的分工,極大地拓展了國際貿(mào)易的規(guī)模和范圍,促進了生產(chǎn)要素的充分流動和價格的均等化,但同時也使得以國家為單位的國際收支嚴重失衡。而美國金融壟斷資本在幫助產(chǎn)業(yè)資本在全球拓展疆土,為國際分工深化和勞動生產(chǎn)力的提高提供了便利的金融資源的同時,也造成了收入分配兩極分化、經(jīng)濟虛擬化過分擴張、金融市場動蕩、金融危機頻繁爆發(fā)以及美元化和國際流動性擴張扭曲等全球金融治理的難題,這些負面效應需要通過完善全球治理來予以抑制和克服,而無法通過逆全球化來解決。同時,遵循習近平主席倡導的構建"人類命運共同體"的道路,通過共享全球化分工利益來推動新型的全球化進程,才是全球化必然的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:The revolution of science and technology, multinational companies and U.S. financial capital three power to the role and influence to promote economic globalization in since 1980s. Provide the material basis for the world market to expand the global scientific and technological revolution, the economies of scale in the global expansion, promote the deepening of the global division of labor and refinement, greatly improving labor productivity, weakened the national boundary constraints on cross-border economic activities, promote the growth in the global flow of immigrants and the unprecedented scale. Multinational companies are using scientific and technological achievements, promote the specific carrier of international division of labor, they not only promote the technological progress of the world, will become the international division of labor within the enterprise division, greatly expand the the scale and scope of international trade, promote the equalization of production factors flow and price, but also makes the per country international A serious imbalance in payments. But the US financial monopoly capital to help industrial capital expand the territory in the world, providing convenient financial resources at the same time as the deepening of international division of labor and labor productivity, also caused the income polarization, excessive expansion of fictitious economy, financial market turmoil, the frequent outbreak of the financial crisis and the dollar and the international flow expansion of the distortion problem of global financial governance, these negative effects through the improvement of global governance to be suppressed and overcome, but not by inverse globalization to solve. At the same time, follow the construction of "President Xi Jinping advocated human fate of the road, to promote the process of globalization of the new global division of labor through shared interests, it is inevitable the development trend of globalization.
