【摘要】：俄羅斯遠東和中國東北是兩個接壤的地區(qū),存在經(jīng)濟互補性。從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作角度來看,俄羅斯遠東與中國東北具有巨大經(jīng)濟合作潛力。中國東北與俄羅斯遠東區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化能夠影響目前世界經(jīng)濟格局。本文研究雙方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作,雙方特征與不足,并針對合作方面中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出合理解決方式與對策。雙方當前的貿(mào)易關系需要一個能夠促進俄中經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并強化中俄國際關系。本文研究對象是中國東北與俄羅斯遠東經(jīng)濟關系,合作歷史與現(xiàn)狀,采用90年代初至今中俄經(jīng)濟合作的數(shù)據(jù)。本文著重分析在落實共同綱要過程中所遇到的問題與困難,項目投資情況,尤其是俄境內(nèi)的合作項目,分析雙方合作制約因素。通過雙方當前合作的全面分析,得出了一些結論。首先是雙方在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作方面進了一大步;其次雙方在實施共同發(fā)展計劃中面臨了一些投資困難;目前俄羅斯遠東與中國東北在經(jīng)貿(mào)合作法律方面需要進行完善與調(diào)整;最后,雙方需要盡快尋找新的合作領域,以及擺脫單一的生產(chǎn)結構�？傮w而言,雙方存在較大的經(jīng)濟和貿(mào)易潛力。因此,俄羅斯遠東與中國東北在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作方面還需要進一步努力,這樣兩個偉大國家才能一起跨入新的變革的時代。
[Abstract]:The Russian far East and Northeast China are two bordering regions with economic complementarities. From the point of view of regional economic cooperation, the Russian far East and Northeast China have great potential for economic cooperation. The regional economic integration of Northeast China and Russian far East can affect the current world economic pattern. This paper studies the regional economic cooperation, the characteristics and shortcomings of the two sides, and puts forward reasonable solutions and countermeasures in view of the problems in the cooperation. The current trade relations between the two sides need one that can promote the sustainable economic development of Russia and China and strengthen the international relations between China and Russia. The research object of this paper is the economic relationship between Northeast China and the far East of Russia, the history and present situation of cooperation, and the data of Sino-Russian economic cooperation from the early 1990s to the present. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of the common outline, the investment situation of the project, especially the cooperative projects in Russia, and analyzes the restrictive factors of the cooperation between the two sides. Through the comprehensive analysis of the current cooperation between the two sides, some conclusions are drawn. First of all, the two sides have made a big step forward in regional economic cooperation; secondly, the two sides have faced some investment difficulties in the implementation of the common development plan. At present, the Russian far East and Northeast China need to improve and adjust the legal aspects of economic and trade cooperation. Finally, the two sides need to find new areas of cooperation as soon as possible and get rid of a single production structure. Overall, the two sides have great economic and trade potential. Therefore, further efforts are needed in regional economic cooperation between the Russian far East and Northeast China, so that the two great countries can enter a new era of change together.
