【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化要求構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展良好融合的城鎮(zhèn)形態(tài)。人本導(dǎo)向、功能融合、空間整合、結(jié)構(gòu)匹配、機(jī)制健全等成為新常態(tài)下產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展的新理念。山東省在建設(shè)新型城鎮(zhèn)化、推動(dòng)工業(yè)化與城鎮(zhèn)化融合、促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的過程中,產(chǎn)城融合互動(dòng)發(fā)展取得明顯成效。但實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),山東省17地市的產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展水平均高于0.4,但差異較大,背離區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。同時(shí),產(chǎn)城在時(shí)間方面沒有同步、公共服務(wù)供給缺陷降低了城鎮(zhèn)綜合承載能力、資源環(huán)境的剛性約束影響產(chǎn)城良性互動(dòng)及其發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ葐栴},亟待進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展水平加以解決。
[Abstract]:New urbanization requires the construction of a good integration of industrial spatial distribution and regional economic development of the urban form. Humanistic orientation, functional integration, spatial integration, structural matching and sound mechanism are the new concepts of the integration and development of the city under the new normal condition. In the process of constructing a new type of urbanization, promoting the integration of industrialization and urbanization, and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy, Shandong Province has achieved remarkable results in the interactive development of the integration of production and city. But the empirical analysis shows that the development level of the 17 cities in Shandong Province is higher than 0.4, but the difference is great, which deviates from the goal of regional coordinated development. At the same time, the city has no synchronization in time, the deficiency of public service supply reduces the comprehensive carrying capacity of the town, and the rigid constraint of resources and environment affects the benign interaction and development potential of the city. Need to further improve the level of integration and development of industrial cities to be resolved.
