制度壓力下企業(yè)資源基礎(chǔ)與跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入模式選擇研究

【摘要】:跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入是經(jīng)典的戰(zhàn)略問題,當(dāng)前中國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化蓬勃發(fā)展,眾多企業(yè)紛紛采取“走出去”的方式為自身謀求進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展空間。企業(yè)作為資源和能力的集合體,其自身的資源基礎(chǔ)成為延續(xù)自身競爭優(yōu)勢的重要影響因素。我國處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的背景下,不同區(qū)域間市場又存在著嚴(yán)重的市場分割現(xiàn)象,很多跨區(qū)域發(fā)展的企業(yè)都遇到進(jìn)入模式選擇的問題,因此企業(yè)進(jìn)入模式選擇的研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 基于以上背景,本文將企業(yè)作為跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入模式選擇的主體來進(jìn)行討論,從資源基礎(chǔ)的視角出發(fā),引入制度壓力的相關(guān)理論,,梳理出企業(yè)自身資源基礎(chǔ)對企業(yè)跨區(qū)擴(kuò)張動(dòng)機(jī)的影響作用,以及企業(yè)面臨的制度壓力對企業(yè)最終跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入模式選擇的作用機(jī)理,結(jié)合案例研究,給出相關(guān)的結(jié)果。 通過對比兩個(gè)案例企業(yè)的四個(gè)典型的跨區(qū)域擴(kuò)張行為,本文發(fā)現(xiàn):母公司所擁有的資源基礎(chǔ),決定了企業(yè)的擴(kuò)張動(dòng)機(jī)。對于那些進(jìn)行跨區(qū)域擴(kuò)張的企業(yè)來說,母公司的資源強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),企業(yè)越傾向于資源利用的動(dòng)機(jī),反之則越傾向于資源開發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),資源的可轉(zhuǎn)移性在這個(gè)過程中起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。當(dāng)跨區(qū)域擴(kuò)張的企業(yè)具備資源利用動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí),更可能采取高資源承諾、高控制程度的方式進(jìn)入,而具備資源開發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的企業(yè),則更可能采取低資源承諾、低控制程度的方式來進(jìn)入,企業(yè)所面臨的制度壓力在這種決定過程中起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。 企業(yè)跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入模式是企業(yè)結(jié)合自身資源基礎(chǔ)適應(yīng)外部制度環(huán)境壓力,基于延續(xù)自身競爭力并獲得合法性的考慮而決定的。這將為中國企業(yè)跨區(qū)域市場進(jìn)入模式的選擇提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The entry of cross-regional market is a classical strategic problem. At present, the regional economic integration in China is booming, and many enterprises have adopted the way of "going out" to seek further development space for themselves. As a collection of resources and capabilities, the enterprise's own resource base has become an important influencing factor to extend its competitive advantage. Under the background of economic transformation, there is a serious phenomenon of market segmentation in different regional markets. Many cross-regional enterprises are confronted with the problem of mode selection. Therefore, the study of enterprise entry mode selection has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the above background, this paper discusses the enterprise as the main body of the choice of cross-regional market entry mode, from the perspective of resource base, introduces the relevant theory of institutional pressure. This paper combs out the influence of enterprise's own resource base on enterprise's transregional expansion motivation, and the mechanism of institutional pressure on the choice of enterprise's ultimate cross-regional market entry mode, and gives the relevant results based on the case study. By comparing the four typical cross-regional expansion behaviors of the two cases, this paper finds that the resource base owned by the parent company determines the expansion motivation of the enterprise. For those enterprises that expand across regions, the stronger the resource intensity of parent company is, the more inclined the enterprise is to the motivation of resource utilization, and vice versa to the motivation of resource development. The transferability of resources plays a positive role in this process. When cross-regional expansion enterprises have the motivation of resource utilization, they are more likely to take high resource commitment and high degree of control to enter, while those with resource development motivation are more likely to take low resource commitment. Low degree of control to enter, the institutional pressure faced by enterprises in the process of this decision plays a regulatory role. The model of cross-regional market entry is decided by the consideration that enterprises can adapt to the external institutional environment pressure in combination with their own resource base, and based on the consideration of extending their own competitiveness and obtaining legitimacy. This will provide theoretical guidance for the choice of cross-regional market entry mode for Chinese enterprises.
