電氣自動化技術專業(yè)“3C→E人才培養(yǎng)模式”的構建與實踐

【摘要】:人才培養(yǎng)模式改革是提高職業(yè)教育質量的重要基礎,也是職業(yè)院校適應社會發(fā)展和提煉辦學特色的內在需要。昆明冶金高等?茖W校緊緊圍繞電氣自動化技術行業(yè)發(fā)展需要,結合區(qū)域經濟特點、企業(yè)利益和學校實際,與西門子(中國)公司、后藤電子(上海)公司開展校企合作,以電氣自動化技術專業(yè)為載體進行探索,逐步構建了"3C→E人才培養(yǎng)模式"。本文闡述了對該模式的構建與實踐,并對該模式的創(chuàng)新點和應用效果進行了總結。
[Abstract]:The reform of talent training mode is an important basis for improving the quality of vocational education, and is also the inherent need for vocational colleges to adapt to the social development and refine the characteristics of running schools. Kunming Metallurgical College closely revolves around the needs of the development of electrical automation technology industry, combines the characteristics of regional economy, enterprise interests and school reality, and develops cooperation with Siemens (China) Company and Goto Electronics (Shanghai) Company. Based on the exploration of electrical automation technology specialty, the "3C E talent training mode" has been constructed step by step. This paper expounds the construction and practice of the model, and summarizes the innovation and application effect of the model.
