內(nèi)陸無(wú)水港的選址與集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本論文依托項(xiàng)目“西部?jī)?nèi)陸無(wú)水港建設(shè)及運(yùn)作模式研究”,論文中的實(shí)例部分的分析數(shù)據(jù)都來(lái)源于所依托的項(xiàng)目。 無(wú)水港作為港口功能向內(nèi)陸的延伸,是運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)和國(guó)際供應(yīng)鏈的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),起到連接區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球供應(yīng)鏈的作用。內(nèi)陸企業(yè)為了享受到沿海港口的便捷服務(wù),滿足內(nèi)陸外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,也積極推動(dòng)無(wú)水港的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。無(wú)水港不僅是我國(guó)內(nèi)陸地區(qū)改革開(kāi)放的窗口,也是內(nèi)陸地區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放的前沿陣地。而隨著無(wú)水港建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展以及無(wú)水港群的出現(xiàn),使得無(wú)水港科學(xué)選址與優(yōu)化其集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)成為當(dāng)前物流領(lǐng)域一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本論文首先對(duì)無(wú)水港的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究,在闡述無(wú)水港的概念、分類以及功能之后,分析了內(nèi)陸無(wú)水港系統(tǒng)的幾何拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),提出我國(guó)無(wú)水港發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題;接著在闡述內(nèi)陸無(wú)水港選址的基本原則、影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建無(wú)水港優(yōu)化選址評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,基于評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究各效益指標(biāo)的相應(yīng)計(jì)算方法,建立無(wú)水港選址多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,并研究基于遺傳算法的模型求解方法;然后分析了內(nèi)陸無(wú)水港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵、功能、構(gòu)建的基本要求和影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如何構(gòu)建無(wú)水港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)作了深入分析;最后以重慶果園港為例,基于本文提出無(wú)水港選址多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型和集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,選出南彭、達(dá)州、遵義、貴陽(yáng)、萬(wàn)州、黔江等14個(gè)地區(qū)建設(shè)無(wú)水港。 通過(guò)以上研究,論文得到了適用于重慶無(wú)水港選址的多目標(biāo)模型,并利用遺傳算法求解;本論文提出了可行的果園港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的方案及對(duì)策建議研究。但是本論文中多目標(biāo)模型還可以進(jìn)一步的把經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈指標(biāo)等影響因素考慮進(jìn)去,有待深入研究。因此,,在今后的研究中,將以此研究為基點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步對(duì)無(wú)水港選址多目標(biāo)模型、在結(jié)合信息化以及發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的同時(shí)如何優(yōu)化果園港的集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行細(xì)致研究。
[Abstract]:This paper relies on the project "study on the construction and operation mode of inland waterless port in western China". As an extension of port function to inland, waterless port is the key node of transportation system and international supply chain, and plays the role of connecting regional economy with global supply chain. In order to enjoy the convenient services of coastal ports and satisfy the development of inland-oriented economy, inland enterprises also actively promote the construction and development of waterless ports. Waterless port is not only the window of reform and opening up in inland area of China, but also the frontier position of developing and opening inland area. With the rapid development of the waterless port construction and the emergence of the waterless port group, the scientific location and optimization of the collection and distribution system of the waterless port becomes a problem to be solved urgently in the field of logistics. Firstly, this paper studies the theory of waterless port. After expatiating the concept, classification and function of anhydrous port, the geometric topology of inland waterless port system is analyzed, and the problems existing in the development of waterless port in China are put forward. Then, on the basis of expounding the basic principles of inland waterless port location and influencing factors, the evaluation index system of waterless port location optimization is constructed, and the corresponding calculation method of each benefit index is studied based on the evaluation index system. The multi-objective optimization model of waterless port location is established, and the genetic algorithm (GA) based model solving method is studied. Then, the connotation, function, basic requirements and influencing factors of inland waterless port collecting and distributing system are analyzed. On the basis of this, how to construct waterless port collecting and distributing system is deeply analyzed. Finally, taking Chongqing Orchard Port as an example, based on the multi-objective optimization model of waterless port location and the optimization of collecting and distributing system, 14 regions, such as Nampang, Dazhou, Zunyi, Guiyang, Wanzhou and Qianjiang, are selected to construct the waterless port. Through the above research, the multi-objective model suitable for the location of Chongqing waterless port is obtained, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. In this paper, a feasible scheme for optimizing the collecting and distributing system of the Orchard Port is put forward and its countermeasures and suggestions are studied. However, the multi-objective model in this paper can further take into account the economic indicators, industrial chain indicators and other factors, which need to be further studied. Therefore, in the future research, based on this study, the multi-objective model of waterless port location and how to optimize the collection and transportation system of Orchard Port are studied in detail, combining with information technology and the development of electronic commerce, as well as how to optimize the collection and distribution system of Orchard Port.
