【摘要】：德國(guó)教育部在10年前已經(jīng)意識(shí)到通過(guò)發(fā)展應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的科研來(lái)適應(yīng)日益變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),調(diào)整了其資助路線的方向和重點(diǎn),將重點(diǎn)放在資助應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)與經(jīng)濟(jì)界、綜合性大學(xué)和其他科研機(jī)構(gòu)所開(kāi)展的合作研究,不僅增加了大學(xué)社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的附加值,也促進(jìn)了德國(guó)企業(yè)特別是中小型企業(yè)的科技創(chuàng)新。隨著我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí),倒逼一些基礎(chǔ)發(fā)展較好的高職院校去思考,借鑒德國(guó)應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn),如何立足地區(qū)特點(diǎn)、分析學(xué)校的需求與可持續(xù)發(fā)展,抓住應(yīng)用科研建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),理性地向應(yīng)用型本科轉(zhuǎn)型成為現(xiàn)實(shí)的選擇。
[Abstract]:The German Ministry of Education realized 10 years ago that by developing the scientific research of applied technology universities to adapt to the changing economic structure, to reorient and focus its funding routes, and to focus on funding applied technology universities and the economic community, The cooperative research carried out by comprehensive universities and other scientific research institutions not only increases the added value of the social service functions of universities, but also promotes the scientific and technological innovation of German enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. With the upgrading of regional economic structure in our country, some higher vocational colleges with good basic development are forced to think, learn from the excellent experience of German University of Applied Technology, how to base themselves on the regional characteristics, and analyze the demand and sustainable development of the schools. Grasping the key points of applied scientific research construction and making rational transition to applied undergraduate course becomes a realistic choice.
