【摘要】：對京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)而言,河北省增長極的選擇與培育問題都具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。雖然河北省在這方面具備一些有利條件,但也存在諸如增長極作用不突出等問題。為此,應(yīng)明確河北省增長極培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),增加科技創(chuàng)新力度,注重優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:For the strategic goal of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the selection and cultivation of growth poles in Hebei Province are of great practical significance. Although Hebei Province has some favorable conditions in this respect, there are still some problems such as the inconspicuous role of growth poles and so on. Therefore, we should make clear the strategic goal of the growth pole training in Hebei Province, increase the strength of scientific and technological innovation and pay attention to the cultivation of outstanding talents.
