【摘要】：從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和制藥企業(yè)管理需要出發(fā),探索了欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)以"校中廠"為平臺(tái)的"全融合"現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式,推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式的目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)出的學(xué)生滿足企業(yè)崗位需要,實(shí)施現(xiàn)代師徒制的核心是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生現(xiàn)代科學(xué)知識(shí)和現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),以及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the needs of regional economic development and pharmaceutical enterprise management, this paper probes into the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in less developed areas, which is based on the platform of "middle school factory". The goal of promoting the modern apprenticeship talent training model is to cultivate students to meet the needs of the enterprise posts, and the core of implementing the modern master and apprenticeship system is to cultivate students' modern scientific knowledge and modern science and technology, as well as the ability to innovate and set up businesses.
