【摘要】：進入21世紀以來,我國在全面建設社會主義小康社會上取得了重大突破,尤其是在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟上有了重大發(fā)展,例如長三角經(jīng)濟區(qū)、珠三角經(jīng)濟區(qū)、環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟區(qū)以及東北工業(yè)區(qū)等,而延邊朝鮮自治州正處在東北工業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)。 東北工業(yè)區(qū)早在改革開放前就是我國重要的工業(yè)區(qū),進入改革開放后,隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,東北老工業(yè)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的模式已經(jīng)不能跟上當前社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的腳步,為此黨中央在進入21世紀后將如何振興東北老工業(yè)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟作為重點,這對于延邊朝鮮自治州來說是一個重要的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展機遇,如何抓住這一機遇提高延邊自治州的經(jīng)濟是當?shù)卣斍爸匾慕?jīng)濟發(fā)展課題。 就延邊朝鮮自治州來說,該地區(qū)主要聚居民族為朝鮮族,屬少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)域。我國對于少數(shù)民族的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一直是十分重視的,在“十二五”計劃當中指出要建設全面小康社會,其中重點是在少數(shù)民族區(qū)域,而且也是“十二五”計劃的難點,原因之一是少數(shù)民族地處偏遠且基礎設施欠缺,在發(fā)展環(huán)境上缺乏良好的招商引資環(huán)境；二是少數(shù)民族在科教文衛(wèi)方面發(fā)展較為緩慢,導致該區(qū)域缺少經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的人才；三是延邊朝鮮自治州各個區(qū)縣的發(fā)展不平衡,不能有效的為該區(qū)域的發(fā)展提供有理的物質(zhì)保障 本論文由四個章節(jié)和結(jié)論組成,第一章是緒論,主要闡述本論文的研究目的和意義；第二章,主要闡述少數(shù)民族區(qū)域經(jīng)濟對我國經(jīng)濟的作用和意義；第三章闡述延邊自治州區(qū)域發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題；第四章闡述如何提升延邊區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的建設性意見與結(jié)論,主要闡明了延邊朝鮮自治州區(qū)域的發(fā)展在東北老工業(yè)區(qū)乃至全國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起到的作用。 本文通過對延邊朝鮮族自治州在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的所遇到的困難進行分析,指出少數(shù)民族經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對我國整體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,以及延邊地區(qū)今后在發(fā)展道路上要注意的問題,從而明確的指出延邊地區(qū)在解決發(fā)展瓶頸時的解決方法及影響,為促進延邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)的快速展,進而為實現(xiàn)全面小康社會提供有力的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, China has made a major breakthrough in building a well-off socialist society in an all-round way, especially in the regional economy, such as the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone. The Bohai Sea Economic Zone and the Northeast Industrial Zone, while Yanbian Korea Autonomous Prefecture is located in the Northeast Industrial Zone. The northeast industrial zone was an important industrial zone in China long before the reform and opening up. With the development of the economy, the economic development model of the old industrial zone in Northeast China has been unable to keep up with the current pace of social and economic development. For this reason, after entering the 21st century, the CPC Central Committee will focus on how to revitalize the economy of the old industrial zone in Northeast China, which is an important economic development opportunity for Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. How to seize this opportunity to improve the economy of Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture is an important economic development issue for the local government. As far as Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is concerned, the main ethnic group in this area is Korean nationality, which is an autonomous region of ethnic minorities. Our country has always attached great importance to the economic development of ethnic minorities. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, it was pointed out that we should build a well-off society in an all-round way, among which the emphasis is on minority areas, and it is also a difficult point of the 12th Five-Year Plan. One of the reasons is that ethnic minorities are located in remote areas and lack of infrastructure, and lack of good environment for attracting investment in the development environment, second, the development of minority nationalities in science, education, culture and health is relatively slow, which leads to the lack of talents for economic development in this region. Third, the development of each district and county of Yanbian Korean Autonomous State is unbalanced, which can not effectively provide rational material support for the development of this region. This paper is composed of four chapters and conclusions. The first chapter is an introduction. The purpose and significance of this paper are mainly expounded; the second chapter mainly expounds the role and significance of regional economy of minority nationalities in China; the third chapter expounds the present situation and existing problems of the regional development of Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture. The fourth chapter expounds the constructive opinions and conclusions on how to promote the regional economic development of Yanbian, mainly expounds the role that the development of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture plays in the economic development of the old industrial zone in Northeast China and even the whole country. Based on the analysis of the difficulties encountered in the process of economic development in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, this paper points out the influence of the development of minority economy on the overall economic development of our country. And the problems that should be paid attention to in the future development of Yanbian area, so as to clearly point out the solution and influence of Yanbian region in solving the bottleneck of development, in order to promote the rapid development of Yanbian area's economy, And then for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way to provide a strong basis.
