【摘要】：兩江新區(qū)物流的發(fā)展對(duì)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和發(fā)展起著決定性作用，，也被喻為重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的加速器。兩江新區(qū)物流的發(fā)展對(duì)重慶整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域運(yùn)行效率、投資環(huán)境具有吸引力，同時(shí)也對(duì)其物流產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)有一定的影響。掌握兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展的狀況對(duì)重慶市提出物流相關(guān)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和制定相關(guān)投資政策具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。因此，本論文對(duì)重慶兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行探索具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。 本論文以重慶市兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象，首先，查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)物流發(fā)展和評(píng)價(jià)方法相關(guān)方面的文獻(xiàn)，提出了兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法，并以區(qū)域物流和物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)方法的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)重慶市兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 其次，通過(guò)對(duì)重慶市兩江新區(qū)的基本情況、物流總體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、兩江新區(qū)四個(gè)片區(qū)的物流情況進(jìn)行概述，主要從物流整合交通通道情況、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)布局現(xiàn)狀、物流節(jié)點(diǎn)情況、物流用地規(guī)劃這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。 再次，根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系建立的必要性、構(gòu)建原則、構(gòu)建的影響因素，結(jié)合兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的目標(biāo)，篩選出有關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展的指標(biāo)體系的基本內(nèi)容，即：經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、物流技術(shù)、物流保障以及物流發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?最后，通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)方法的比較分析，結(jié)合兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)，提出基于AHP-FCE的評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，再根據(jù)已建立的物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系從兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展總體情況和分為四個(gè)片區(qū)的物流發(fā)展情況分別進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，得出重慶市兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的計(jì)算結(jié)果，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的分析，提出兩江新區(qū)物流發(fā)展四個(gè)方面的建議。
[Abstract]:The development of logistics in Liangjiang New area plays a decisive role in the economic operation and development of Chongqing's economic region, and is also described as the accelerator of Chongqing's economic development. The development of logistics in Liangjiang New area is attractive to the operation efficiency and investment environment of the whole economic region of Chongqing, and it also has certain influence on the logistics industry and enterprises. Mastering the situation of logistics development in Liangjiang New area is of great practical significance for Chongqing to put forward the long-term development strategy related to logistics and to formulate relevant investment policies. Therefore, this paper is of great theoretical and practical significance to the evaluation of logistics development in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing. This paper takes the logistics development of the Liangjiang New District of Chongqing as the evaluation object. Firstly, referring to a large number of domestic and foreign documents on logistics development and evaluation methods, the paper puts forward the research content and research methods of logistics development evaluation in Liangjiang New District. Based on the relevant theories of regional logistics and logistics development evaluation methods, this paper lays a foundation for the evaluation of logistics development in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing. Secondly, through the basic situation of the Liangjiang New District of Chongqing, the overall development of logistics, the logistics situation of the four districts of Liangjiang New District, mainly from the logistics integration of traffic channels, logistics industry layout, logistics node situation. Logistics land use planning in these four areas to elaborate. Thirdly, according to the necessity, principle and influencing factors of the establishment of evaluation index system, combined with the objective of logistics development evaluation in Liangjiang New District, the basic contents of the index system for evaluating the logistics development of Liangjiang New area are selected. That is: economic indicators, infrastructure, logistics technology, logistics security and logistics development potential. Finally, through the comparative analysis of relevant evaluation methods, combined with the characteristics of logistics development in Liangjiang New area, an evaluation model based on AHP-FCE is put forward to evaluate the logistics development of Liangjiang New area. Then, according to the established evaluation index system of logistics development, from the overall situation of logistics development in Liangjiang New District and the logistics development situation divided into four districts, the results of logistics development evaluation of Liangjiang New District in Chongqing are obtained. The evaluation results are analyzed, and four suggestions on logistics development of Liangjiang New area are put forward.
