【摘要】：大學(xué)國(guó)際化在其本質(zhì)上由知識(shí)的無(wú)限擴(kuò)展所決定,知識(shí)擴(kuò)展的大學(xué)國(guó)際化本質(zhì)構(gòu)成了地方本科大學(xué)國(guó)際化實(shí)踐的理論基礎(chǔ)。在實(shí)踐路徑上,地方本科大學(xué)需要搭建資源型科研平臺(tái),推行國(guó)際化實(shí)踐,不斷夯實(shí)它的本土化根基,在服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中贏得地位,吸引國(guó)際人才展開(kāi)學(xué)術(shù)交流和合作,創(chuàng)造互利共贏的國(guó)際化生態(tài)。在其效果上,經(jīng)由國(guó)際化實(shí)踐,地方本科大學(xué)與其所屬城市協(xié)同創(chuàng)造,指向了詩(shī)意的文化城市建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:University internationalization is essentially determined by the unlimited expansion of knowledge, and the essence of university internationalization of knowledge expansion forms the theoretical basis of the practice of internationalization of local undergraduate universities. On the practical path, local undergraduate universities need to build a resource-based scientific research platform, carry out international practice, constantly consolidate its localization foundation, and win a position in serving the regional economic and social development. Attract international talents to carry out academic exchanges and cooperation to create a mutually beneficial and win-win international ecology. In effect, through the practice of internationalization, local undergraduate universities and their affiliated cities create in coordination, pointing to the construction of poetic cultural city.
