【摘要】：目前,中國(guó)處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展時(shí)期,同時(shí)也是關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)模式的諸多條件、內(nèi)部環(huán)境與體系正發(fā)生一系列變化,在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀態(tài)下,中國(guó)要達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)型,營(yíng)造新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)才人提出新的需求。因此,國(guó)家的發(fā)展離不開人才,而經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型則是對(duì)人才要求的改變。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of economic development, but also a critical period. A series of changes are taking place in the internal environment and system of China's rapid economic growth model. Under the new economic conditions, China should achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development, create new competitive advantages, and put forward new demands for people. Therefore, the development of the country can not be separated from talent, and the economic transformation is the change of talent requirements.
