天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟增長效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展是世界范圍內(nèi)的一種很重要的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象,也是我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展的必然路徑。針對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的集聚程度測量以及動態(tài)集聚分析等研究具有重要的理論價值。同時,結(jié)合物流業(yè)集聚和經(jīng)濟增長效應(yīng)的互動關(guān)系,研究天津物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)濟增長現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展中遇到的問題有助于政府對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃和政策扶持,有助于促進(jìn)天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚又好又快發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟競爭力的提高,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在探討了論文研究背景與研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從定性分析與定量分析兩個方面研究了天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟增長效應(yīng)。本文的理論基礎(chǔ)是產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論和特征以及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),綜合運用了理論與實際相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、宏觀和微觀相結(jié)合的研究方法,系統(tǒng)地研究了天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展情況和它的發(fā)展與天津市經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系。首先,對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行回顧,然后對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的理論進(jìn)行界定,,并確定本文所要研究的范圍。其次,闡述了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的特征及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了發(fā)展天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的自然資源和地理條件,然后從物流產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值和就業(yè)人員數(shù)與物流固定資產(chǎn)投資、貨運量、貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量等各項代表物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的指標(biāo)值分析了天津物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。接著以天津市生產(chǎn)總值,三次產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值以及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占天津市生產(chǎn)總值的比重分析了天津市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和天津市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分析了天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對天津市經(jīng)濟增長的影響。并得出物流產(chǎn)業(yè)是天津市很突出的經(jīng)濟增長點。通過上述分析得出天津物流產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題。 本文選取區(qū)位熵系數(shù)和平均增長速度分別作為天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)測算指標(biāo)。根據(jù)靜態(tài)指標(biāo)測算結(jié)果得出天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)形成一定集聚。根據(jù)動態(tài)指標(biāo)測算結(jié)果可以得出天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚速度超過全國平均水平,同時也說明天津發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)具有良好的前景和較大的空間。與北京、上海物流集聚度較高的城市相比,仍然具有其優(yōu)勢。通過測算天津市其他行業(yè)區(qū)位熵指數(shù)并與天津物流業(yè)進(jìn)行比較,得出天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度在生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)中排在前列,是天津市的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。 在建立天津物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)模型方面,運用相關(guān)性分析得出天津市生產(chǎn)總值、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值與物流固定設(shè)施投資之間存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。然后利用Eviews6.0軟件對以上變量進(jìn)行序列單位根檢驗和模型估計。由此說明,天津市物流產(chǎn)值每增長1%,天津市生產(chǎn)總值增長0.85%;物流固定設(shè)施投資每增長1%,天津市生產(chǎn)總值增長0.25%。再對此回歸方程進(jìn)行協(xié)整檢驗、格蘭杰因果檢驗、誤差修正模型。檢驗結(jié)果說明方程中三個變量存在長期均衡關(guān)系,并且天津市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與物流產(chǎn)值是相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。然后選取了荷蘭鹿特丹物流園區(qū)、深圳平湖物流園區(qū)、上海洋山深水港物流園區(qū)作為國外和國內(nèi)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的案例。并對這三個園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出荷蘭、深圳、上海在物流技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和先進(jìn)理念、物流組織與應(yīng)用、管理經(jīng)驗和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面的成績以及在物流高技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)方面,值得天津發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。 最后對提高天津市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚從而推動天津經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展提出相關(guān)政策建議。首先,建設(shè)區(qū)域大宗商品交易市場,增強國際港航物流功能;其次,搭建以第四方物流為主體的港航信息服務(wù)平臺;第三,加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),增強現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)功能;第四,打造鋼鐵、石化、裝備制造業(yè)專業(yè)物流體系,推進(jìn)物流服務(wù)專業(yè)化與社會化;第五,完善冷鏈、郵政等重點物流領(lǐng)域,形成物流服務(wù)多樣化與高質(zhì)化,提高物流企業(yè)的市場競爭力;最后,加大物流產(chǎn)業(yè)投入,推動天津經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of logistics industry agglomeration is an important economic phenomenon in the world. It is also an inevitable path for the development of logistics industry in China. The research on the degree measurement and dynamic agglomeration analysis of the logistics industrial agglomeration has important theoretical value. At the same time, it combines the interaction relationship between the logistics agglomeration and the economic growth effect, and studies the relationship between the logistics industry agglomeration and the economic growth effect. On the basis of discussing the research background and significance of the thesis, this paper studies the economic growth effect of Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration from two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of industrial agglomeration, the theory and characteristics of logistics industry agglomeration and the economic effect of logistics industry agglomeration, and the comprehensive application of the theory and the economic effect of logistics industry agglomeration. Combining theory with practice, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and combining macroscopic and microscopic research methods, the relationship between the development of logistics industry agglomeration in Tianjin and the relationship between its development and the economic growth of Tianjin is systematically studied. First, the current research status of logistics industry agglomeration at home and abroad is reviewed, and then logistics is carried out. The theory of industrial agglomeration is defined and the scope of the study is determined. Secondly, the characteristics of the logistics industry agglomeration and the economic effect of the logistics industry agglomeration are expounded. On this basis, the natural resources and geographical conditions for the development of Tianjin logistics industry cluster are analyzed, and then the output value of the logistics industry and the number of employment personnel and the logistics are fixed. Asset investment, freight volume, goods turnover and other indicators of logistics industry indicators analysis the development status of Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration. Then, the current situation of the economic development of Tianjin city is analyzed with the value of Tianjin's gross product, the three industrial added value and the proportion of the output value of the logistics industry in Tianjin. This paper selects the location entropy coefficient and the average growth rate as the static and dynamic measurement index of the Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration degree respectively. According to the static index calculation results, the logistics industry in Tianjin has formed a certain concentration. According to the calculation results of the dynamic indexes, it can be concluded that the agglomeration speed of the logistics industry of Tianjin is more than the national average water. At the same time, it also shows that the development of Tianjin logistics industry has a good prospect and larger space. Compared with Beijing, Shanghai, which has a higher logistics agglomeration degree, it has its advantages. By measuring the location entropy index of other industries in Tianjin and comparing with the Tianjin logistics industry, it is concluded that the concentration of logistics industry in Tianjin is in the productive service industry. The middle row is the most important pillar industry in Tianjin.
On the basis of establishing the economic effect model of Tianjin logistics industry agglomeration, the correlation analysis is used to obtain the relationship between the GDP of Tianjin, the output value of the logistics industry and the investment in the fixed facilities of logistics. Then, the Eviews6.0 software is used to carry out the sequence unit root test and model estimation of the above variables. Thus, the logistics output value of Tianjin city is explained. Per growth of 1%, Tianjin's GDP growth is 0.85%, the investment in logistics fixed facilities is increased by 1%, and the growth of Tianjin's GDP is 0.25%., and then the regression equation is cointegration test, Grainger causality test and error correction model. The results show that there are three variables in the equation in the long term equilibrium relationship, and the economic development and logistics of Tianjin City The output value is mutual promotion. Then we select Holland Rotterdam logistics park, Shenzhen Pinghu logistics park, Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port Logistics Park as a case of foreign and domestic logistics industry cluster, and analyze the development status of the three parks, and conclude that Holland, Shenzhen, Shanghai in logistics technology innovation and advanced concept, logistics The achievements in organization and application, management experience and infrastructure construction, as well as the training of high technology personnel in logistics are worthy of learning and learning from the development of logistics industry in Tianjin.
