【摘要】：引導部分地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展是我國深化高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)改革的重要舉措,也是地方高校實現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵發(fā)展、主動適應(yīng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)的必然要求。循證管理作為基于最佳科學證據(jù)進行管理實踐的理論,不僅蘊含戰(zhàn)略決策前瞻性、動態(tài)競爭適用性和知識更替自覺性三個特質(zhì),而且凸顯出用問題帶動研究、用證據(jù)支持實踐、用后效評價結(jié)果的特殊價值。以循證管理理念去審視地方高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,可以為地方高校管理者提供一種新的決策范式,也可以為地方高校轉(zhuǎn)型奠定走向理想結(jié)果的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:To guide the transformation and development of some local undergraduate universities is an important measure to deepen the reform of higher education structure in our country. It is also an inevitable requirement for local colleges and universities to realize the connotation development and to adapt themselves to the new normal of regional economic development. Evidence-based management, as a theory of management practice based on the best scientific evidence, not only contains three characteristics of strategic decision foresight, dynamic competition applicability and knowledge turnover consciousness, but also highlights the use of problems to drive research and support practice with evidence. Evaluate the special value of the result with the aftereffect. To examine the transformation and development of local colleges and universities with the concept of evidence-based management can provide a new decision-making paradigm for local university administrators and lay a theoretical foundation for the transformation of local colleges and universities towards the ideal results.
